Great torches and amazing customer service
I ordered this double pack in readiness for power cuts (we get them a lot). The smaller torch being a handy size to keep in the bedside cabinet. Both torches are good quality and lightweight but sturdy. Great value for money! The small torch was missing from the package, and although I contacted DS Trading on Saturday afternoon, Anna replied extremely quickly. She was polite, very helpful and the small torch was despatched the following Monday. I honestly hadn't expected such a fast response at the weekend. Anna also contacted me on the Monday to confirm that the torch had been despatched. I can't fault either the product or the customer service. My experience was certainly no reason to give anything less than 5* and I'd be happy to buy from DS Trading again.
