I purchased the 15.5 premium lavetta about 3 weeks ago and the door seal was off they picked that one up then Amazon sent me out a replacement yesterday that came damaged and doesn't cool past 54°. Premium Levella won't help me with making this right by covering this refrigerator under their warranty. Don't ever buy this cheap non-working refrigerators ever. That's a warning for any buyers.

The fridge arrived with good packaging, however, there was still some damage to the back top panel but it’s minor and doesn’t effect the performance of the cooler and with it being in the back I was okay keeping it. When I plugged it in it was quiet but when the fan kicked in it made a loud rattling noise that was unbearable. I contacted their support and had a support member listen to the sound and he agreed that it shouldn’t be that loud. He asked me to send video and proof of purchase and they would schedule a tech to come look at the issue. I waited for over a week and didn’t get a response after reaching out a couple more times. Then my brother visited and I showed him the problem and in less than 10 mins he fixed it. It appears that the front panel where the fan is located was not bolted securely and when the fan kicked on it would hit a metal plate in the back causing it to rattle and shake. He added a thin piece of styrofoam between the two plates and screwed it tightly. Noise gone. I’m keeping the unit but wanted to say I was disappointed in their support service. Overall it’s been working great and cools drinks well.

We use this in our food truck daily. It’s great. Looks nice and professional.

I was nervous at first. My neighbor called to ask what was delivered because the guys let it fall off the dolly and buried to leave. Its packaged like a champ!!! We have it in the garage for drinks and is perfect. Its not noisy. Holds temperature. Holds alot for not taking up much room.

Has been great for us, great storing volume and having a digital thermostat to regulate is really useful, it cooled very quickly after being plugged while being very quiet. Greatly recommended!

This fridge came to us damaged. We called customer service as well emailed them photos with a detailed description of the parts we require to repair the fridge and have received no parts nor a responding email. I left a telephone message for manufacturer to resolve the issue and nothing. I guess next step is to return the fridge BUT I will not be ordering another one. Obviously Premium La Vella does NOT stand behind the products they sell. Not a happy consumer
