We use E-Collar technologies for all of our dog training tool needs. This wing really helps with our dogs being comfortable and wearing their training collar for extended periods. We have also found that we can usually loosen the collar slightly and maintain great communication with our pups. By the way their customer service is quite possibly some of the best in the business. I’ve been using their products for 10 years and have never had anything but consistent service and positive reviews.

Since my dogs cannot communicate with me on much, I’m hoping this alleviates what looked like irritation on their necks with the original contact pad which came on the educator training collar. For the price of the collar itself, preferred contact pads should be an option when purchasing, not an add on. The educator folks are not the easiest to work with if there is anything they need to replace. Both times I’ve ever had to deal with them, they were pretty adamant (a bit hostile) their product doesn’t ever have a flaw and have actually attempted to argue with me when I pointed out something. Someone else needs to come with a product such as this with much better customer service. Not all customers try to get over on the company. And this device is too pricey not to tolerate even a minuscule of an issue. JS

Since I got this I have never questioned whether or not my dogs e-collar was making contact. It doesn't even cross my mind anymore. Consistency it key in training and the stock contact points have too many variables that can effect good contact. These cost more than the standard contacts to produce and would increase the overall price of the product, but I'm certain that these winged contact points would come with the e-collars if it were not for that fact. It's the only way to go. I have a short haired, pit bull mix and they work great on him. As an added bonus, you don't have to cinch the collar down as tight to ensure good contact. Do your dog a favor and replace the stock collar with one that has some elasticity. Etsy has some great ones. A dog's neck is not a pipe that never changes in diameter. Get the wings and don't look back.

I feel like this is a necessary addition to the educator system. This helps contact to be made more securely. I honestly feel like it should automatically come with the educator for the price that you pay for that system. But... it doesn't so, it's worth buying.

This attachment helps greatly with contact for my short hair dog and makes sure the collar doesn't slide around her neck as much when running around full speed.

took a chance on the Winged Short for my German Shepherd dog. Impressed with the consistent contact... Works great for my German Shepherd dog... Happy I saved on the Winged Comfort Short compared to price of Winged Ultra Long

Old one snapped and I needed a replacement quickly. It also stops the collar slipping. Does the job and same as the other, works out cheaper here than on the official e-collar website. Comes will all the bits needed to attach it.

Oh wow, my dog has tick fur like a boxer or dobermann, and this works perferctly. I can ajust the collar to the very minimal number on the remote because it is so reliable now. Fits perfect with ecollar mini
