Easy installation and rock solid
I recently completed my forth round and several range session after installing this shaft extension. It shows no signs of separation from the shaft. I think that most complaints are due to user error. It is imperative that that after installing the extension with epoxy on the insert as well as inside the shaft that the small solid piece be properly inserted into to the extension. Apply a liberal amount of epoxy on the piece and insert it into the extension making certain that it is centered within the joint of the shaft and extension. I used a Phillips screwdriver to measure the depth and to push in the piece. Allow about 24 hours for the epoxy to cure.

Worked great
Worked great to extend the length of my putter. Probably not ideal for any hard swinging clubs. Easy install, applied a bit of epoxy and tapped it in gently with a hammer.

Works perfectly
I used one of these to increase my putter length. I had to sand it down a little to get it to fit in my shaft but that was easy to do. The rest was like building any club, epoxy let it sit then put a grip on. Very happy with this purchase

Very Well Made
Would have give 5 stars across the board but I'm about to put this in play soon. Fit was far better than first offering I tried, seems like it will last as long as I keep this club in my bag.

Extention broke off right where it meets the shaft.
First time I used the club the extention broke off right where it meets the shaft. I had to drill out the part inside that was glued to the shaft. I got maybe 7 or 8 swings in before it broke. Wasted a good grip and time. see photo

Works great for steel shaft
I needed to extend my putter shaft an inch and found these shaft extensions to be the cheaper option to go with. They worked great and were simple to install. The plugs were a bit weird but made sense after I figured out what they were for.For install: (after making sure the extension fits in the shaf)1. Apply epoxy and insert the extension into the shaft.2. insert the plug into the back of the shaft extension3. Using a phillips head screwdriver and hammer/mallet, tap the plug into place. The plug has two opening (1 large and 1 pinhole sized). I don't think it matter which end is up but I had the pinhole opening facing up for more surface area to tap it in.4. Make sure the extension is seated firmly into the shaft.5. Wait for the epoxy to set6. Trim extension to desired length and grip the club.
