Quality build and design - Great product!
Having spent quite a bit of time browsing for the right monitor arm for my 2 27" curved Samsung monitors I made the decision to purchase this on a gamble as there weren't many reviews however the build quality and design was exactly what I was looking for.I've spent a bit of time fiddling round with the arm mounts for both monitors and I have to say I'm not in the slightest concerned about the monitors dropping or getting damaged. The build quality and sturdiness of the arm mount is superb with the option of two mounting brackets - one with a clamp and the other a screw for use with the cable hole in your table.I've used the clamp and it holds steady, no wobble or movement in the slightest.Movement is smooth and the ability to tilt and spin the monitor is fantastic.Have to say - great product by Ergotron. Very impressed.

STRONGLY ADVICE TO BUY THIS FOR HEAVY SCREENS.
So basically after tried multiple arms, this is by far the most expensive one and the most solid one in holding my heavy screens. I have got two hp Z27 4k screen, and each is about 9-10 kg? They are heavier than any usual screens and given its size, hard to find a proper arm can bear their weight. I am a bit OCD, so I have to make sure that my screens are properly aligned.Given up on multiple relative cheaper arms, I want to give it ago after read reviews and watched youtube videos to demonstrate this arm. It is expensive, but I think it worths the price. Well built and looks nice for a matte black finish. Easy to build, major parts just need simple assembly, takes about 10-20 mins, most of the time spent on adjusting the angle and tensions. If you have heavy screens, I suggest to buy this one, no need to buy the arm for a single screen if you have two screens and worried about the strength (i thought about this too), it seems to work pretty well so far.

The best £210 I have spent in a long time
What can I say, the build quality of this is amazing. You really get what you pay for, solid metal, feels like you are holding pure piece of quality as you move it around (carrying it home was another matter!) but now it is installed I am so impressed I will be buying another one for 2 more Dell 24 inch monitors I plan to buy. Easy to install, and the seller was brilliant (kikatek), super fast next day delivery and a good price. Well done Ergotron for making quite possibly the best monitor arm I have ever used. This thing is built to last.

Holding a 27" thunderbolt + a 15" Macbook Pro
Great arms and worth the money for the build quality.Wish it officially supported a 27" screen as I don't have the same flexibility on positions as it tends to drop but certainly will be fine for any screens below 27".I use the laptop stand on the other arm which works well but be careful as the piece underneath is a bit sharp/big and is just the right height to hit your Mac Pro 'bin' ;)

Wow!
Whatever did I do without these? They are one of the best items I have ever bought. Extremely well made, easy to fit and easy to move your monitors into any position. I have a disabled right arm and even I managed to fit them on my own. They are heavy, and I was worried about fitting my two 24inch benq monitors myself without help. But it was easy peasy. I fitted the clamp part to my desk first. Then fitted one arm to one monitor and lifted it up and slid it onto the pole. I did the same with the other monitor. I was confused before this stage because before you place them on the pole it appears as if the monitor is going to face the ceiling. But don't worry, the weight of the monitor, once on the pole, brings it facing you. I have them arranged so that the top of the monitors are the same height as the top of my head. Hurrah, no more backache.

Superb arms
I really can't praise these enough and am regretting not buying them last year. Yes they are expensive, but they are superb; solid, well made, easy to put together and really tidy up the work space since I have multiple monitors (two Dell U2412M on one arm and a U2412M and a Dell 20" on the other). I've clamped them to the desk and there's no wobble during day-to-day operation. A superb bit of kit and I heartily recommend it.

Good but Cheaper is available
It looks good and the materials are of reasonable quality and finish. However, there are better items available for way less money.Vonhaus do a similar dual monitor stand that also features a USB charging port and a much cleaner and smarter way of hiding cables.....and for a fraction of the price. If I'd known better, Id have looked here:https://www.amazon.co.uk/VonHaus-Monitor-Assisted-Rotation-Dimensions/dp/B075SDLLP3/ref=pd_sbs_23_8?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B075SDLLP3&pd_rd_r=360de284-a30a-11e8-b1ab-a331edb8235c&pd_rd_w=l1RBj&pd_rd_wg=XZxd9&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_p=85d62760-2a0e-407d-aa36-f3c03afc01c3&pf_rd_r=79TFG4Q37SC5AFTN7KPN&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&psc=1&refRID=79TFG4Q37SC5AFTN7KPN

Perfect for heavy monitors
Had previously bought a silverstone branded dual monitor arm for around £90 thinking that was more than enough in terms of recognisable brand and perceived product quality due to price. Although those arms did well enough, the tilt was too weak and the heavier of my two screens would often droop if I touched it wrong, defeating the purposes of movable arms as I could only touch the monitor lightly. For reference, my heavier monitor was the 27'' Asus XG27UQ UHD 144Hz AS. The feel of the arms feel like it could handle something heavier with no problems, assuming that the arms are rated for them. Finally decided that I'd try these Ergotron arms (the dual option) and was immediately taken aback at how heavy and dense every single part of the arms were. These things feel like machined metal and although I still feel the price was steep, I can't help but still feel it was somehow worth the money. As these things are not gas assisted, they should hopefully last a lifetime.Installation was incredibly easy, with the clamp option already pre assembled to the base. I made the mistake of thinking I had a defective product due to the arms not being able to move once you attach it to the monitors without attaching to the base, but noticed a small fine print saying that adjustments only work once the arms are actually mounted to the base with the monitor. And lo and behold after putting them on they adjusted just fine.Would definitely recommend, assuming ergotron don't mess with the production.

Praktisch, gesund, stabil - genial!
Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Somehow am able to fit a 34" Ultrawide (landscape) and 24" (portrait)
Was betting the arm will be able to accommodate my 34 inch ultrawide and 24 inch monitor. It does! Though the monitor won't be able to move much as it was a really tight fit. Also the plastic cap at the first pivot was really hard to put in, and i snapped the plastic cap off. Contacted Ergotron and the replacement was shipped in priority mail to me internationally. Really good support by Ergotron!

Beautiful and fancy monitor stand
A solid and well-built and well-designed monitor/tablet arm. It has multiple options for installing depending on needs, arm movement and positioning is easy to achieve. Used this for two 23 inch monitors side by side. It is on the heavy side though, even if made of part aluminum. Installation instructions could be better specially on the VESA mount and due to the rigidity of the joints it is quite a challenge positioning the monitor upright that the drawings do not show well Also would good to have more tie-wraps for securing the cords. Pricey but overall, satisfied and happy with this product and would go Ergotron again if needed , highly recommended.
