Excellent honey - flavor is exactly what I was hoping for. My first experience with thyme honey was from a brand made in New Zealand and after the company stopped making it, I was eager to find an alternative. This most certainly is it. So happy I decided to buy it.

I recieved it in iconic condition, fresh and NOT crystalized. This is a delicious raw honey that isn't pasteurized nor heated. It has some extremely slight flavor of thyme in it but only real honey tasters can tell. The price is a bit expensive, $13 for half a pound seems more than average, but it is good I got no complains at all, but definitely not my favourite.

I had immediate stomach pain shortly after taking a spoonful. I love honey but the Thyme honey obviously is not for me.

I bought it without any research (why?). I did not like the jar and decided to make some research. In the company's French website they say that the honey comes from ..Spain (also price is at 1/4). They seem to..collect honey, not making it. I see no certification for the claims that it is organic etc From under a decorative sticker a date seems to be hidden. I dont like the smell at all, and it is not reminiscent of thyme honey. I do not think I am going to try it.PS I tried to return it and it is not eligible for return. At least that is as expected for food
