Finally- I'm regular! I have suffered with IBS-C, for decades. I read these positive reviews and thought " I'll try something else" I went a week without seeing much, even took a laxative that week for relief (common). But then, as I took one every night at dinner, I had regularity every morning. For over a week now, no IBS pains, no constipation, I am thrilled to give this a 5 star, no incentive, just wanting to help other IBS-C victims. Remember: it took me a good week.
