Great item. I use it for sourdough starter and it works.

I purchased two of these many years ago and finally started using them again. I wanted one more so I ordered another recently. I use them for pickled eggs and might use them for pickles too. 18 eggs fit easily, I'm going to attempt 24 shortly. The glass is fairly heavy duty and the lid seals well enough you can shake the contents tipping the jar over. I would imagine if you are careful you could ferment items in the jar, remembering to "burp" the contents periodically.

I love these. I bought the 12 oz and I have put Swerve in one and creamer in the other. I take them to work for my coffee. I like the way it locks.

I never thought I needed one. Until I got one it’s that kind of product. this is the best purchase. I have ever made I use it for soaking overnight oats, store pickles, or literally anything that goes in fridge and you don’t want to store it in a plastic container.
