Money well spent!

We ordered this engine manual for our son-in-law who enjoys demolition derby car racing with his brother and father. They work on the cars all winter and he let us know this manual has been great for the older models he puts to use!

I found this manual helpful for maintaining and adjusting my engine, however it's more geared towards tear-down and rebuilds and is not really a maintenance guide or beginners book. I'm a beginner and found it a little light on detail for certain things. Still a useful manual if you have this motor, maybe in conjunction with some other manuals if you're less experienced like me.

I was skeptical at first because of the extremely low price and the fact that it was used. I have been burned before. But I went ahead and ordered it anyways. Cam out to just over 6 dollars with S&H. I got the book in about a week. Not bad considering I live in Hawaii. The book was in very good condition and easily has many more years of service left in it. A great value!

Con's, Pages really thin and pictures are black and White, its also comes as soft copy. It is well organized step by step procedures.

The manual has good information in it, but not the information I was looking for. Needed specs for a harmonic balancer which it doesn't have. But when I rebuild my motor, I'll have to use it, so it's worth having.

I received this book in better shape then it said on the web site. I will use this book for many years. Who ever had this book before took very good care of it . I would buy used books from this seller again. I would rate this 10 out of 5 it was that good of condition when I received it. Thanks Fasthoggen
