Was looking for a B complex that didn't end up as bright yellow in the toilet. This is perfect!

Just what the doctor ordered
This B100 ensures that I get 100% of my daily B vitamin. I switched to this type of B vitamin on the recommendation of my physician. I have high anxiety and he recommended not taking extremely high amounts of B vitamins. Stress B vitamins contain extremely high amounts of a variety of B vitamins. But if you suffer from anxiety, my physician recommended not taking that and to take B 100.

100% Daily Value B-Complex vitamins.
I looked for vitamins that only had a daily value of 100% and found this. I did not want vitamins that were too strong. I found what I was looking for in the Sundance brand. I've been taking for a few days and I'm pleased. I have no problem swallowing them.

A valuable unique concept
Great concept. Each B vitamin is supplied at 100% of minimim daily requirement. So you don’t get wild amounts, or equal amoundds, you get what the government thinks is safe and needed, no more, no less. I believe this is now-the only brand doing this.

Basic B Complex
Good product that ensures you get the minimum requirement of the various B vitamins each day. It’s not for those who want a mega dose.

Not excessive, yay! But really hard to swallow.
I would like to rate it 5 for not having ridiculous or unbalanced levels of any specific b vitamin (seriously, spotted a record 200,000-odd %dv while shopping today, isn't that something you should talk to a doctor about??? And why, why would you put "100 whatever applicable unit" of all these different things so you could call it a "100" complex???? /rant). It's effective at ensuring I'm getting a stable baseline of b vitamins including folic acid. But it's rough and exactly the right size for me to choke on, which I just had a nasty experience with today. I frequently have to attempt swallowing this pill more than once, and then sometimes I choke on it anyway. Why does everyone who makes the softgel or capsule 100% dv b complexes just... stop making them after a while? So I hope these people keep making this available, but if they ever make a softgel or capsule version, I hope I find out about it asap so I can switch...
