The ONLY menstrual cup that I can use comfortably and works flawlessly!
I'm not a picky person, and I like to try all different kinds of menstrual products to find what works best for me and my lifestyle. I use tampons through the day, menstrual cups for my long 12hr shifts, and pads or menstrual cups for sleep. I have gravitated towards menstrual cups because of the environmental impact of pad/tampon waste. The other benefits are also that you don't have to spend money every month when you get your periods (just reuse these for every period, no need to buy more. And I have a little sterilizer at home to keep it nice and clean). They also have a MUCH longer wear time, so it is great for sleeping comfortably or, as I mentioned, my long 12 hour shifts with barely any time for breaks. The first time I tried a menstrual cup, it was a different brand and it was absolutely horrendous!! Definitely a learning curve, but also since it suctions onto your cervix, It was painful/miserable to remove! I almost thought I was going to have to get it removed at my OBGYN lol. But I didn't give up, and I bought the Flex cup. What is so great about it is that it has a suction release tab on it, so I have NEVER had any issue taking this out. It is easy to insert and remove, has a little loop to grab onto making it even easier to pull out, fits perfectly and feels like I am wearing nothing.I DID have some leaks which was a huge disappointment BUT that was before I got a bigger size (when I bought this, I had never had any kids and was in my mid 20s so I thought the smaller one would suit me). I swallowed my pride and got a bigger one, it's still easy to place, and it has never leaked for me. Lasts me the full 12 hours without any mess and feels like I'm wearing nothing at all. Yes, you may get some blood on your fingers with insertion and removal, but not in your underwear and that is a miniscule price to pay for the countless benefits of a menstrual cup.Overall, I highly recommend this menstrual cup and if you DO have leaks or if you hear of anyone that has had issues with these leaking, it likely isn't the product but the person. They just need a bigger size (speaking from experience).Hope this helps!

So easy to use!
Best cup I've ever used!! Comfortable, easy to place, and also soooo easy and less messy to remove! Highly recommend.

Great firm menstrual cup!
I’ve used a lot of different cups, but this one is probably my favorite! I have issues with them not opening up when inserted, so I tend to look for a firmer rubber. This one is just firm enough to not be uncomfortable but able to open up with minimal adjustments. Plus, they have the little pull tab that helps fold it and break suction so it’s easier to remove, which I love! It’s a little more difficult to clean but it’s totally worth it!

Mostly does the job
I’m young and living with joint pain, in particular in my hands. Period products are a constant frustration for me because I clot, which just doesn’t do with tampon strings, I hate the feeling of pads, and my cervix is so stupidly high that discs are a nightmare (and a literal pain in my hands) to remove. So I have turned to cups.In general for me, cups aren’t horrible to remove. However, if I’m having a pain flare, I want the easiest thing possible. This is it… sort of. It’s not perfect. I’m not confident I wouldn’t bleed through after 10 hours with just a panty liner. I don’t know if it’s that the cup (I got Size 01 and have yet to give birth) is smaller in diameter than all others I’ve used, if I bleed over the rim when I pull to remove, or if it leaks down the middle where the hole is, but it’s not the cleanest wear nor removal. It’s not as messy as a disc, but the Saalt cup was much cleaner.I think because of my high cervix, I was never irritated by the pull tab. The cup did ride higher up than where I placed it, but was still easy to reach and remove without having to contort my hand into uncomfortable/painful positions to get the cup out.My Goldilocks cup removes like this one but is otherwise just like a Saalt cup. What I’ll probably do is use this cup + a period panty on my flare-up days and the Saalt on heavier/Good Pain days.TLDR —PROS:- catches most of it.- when paired with period panties, 10 hours without bleed-through to pants.- easy to reach the pull-tab.- pain-free removal (for my hands and my cervix; the suction breaks well for me).CONS:- leakage?- and/or spillage over the rim during removal?- maybe both.- smaller and stiffer than the Saalt cup (Size 01 for the Flex and size Regular/soft menstrual cup for the Saalt).- not as clean to remove as other cups.

Just make the switch!
Stop hesitating and make the switch! Not only is it much better for your body than tampons, but it also has so many other pros! I overall feel better on my periods comparing them to tampons. It seems as though I don’t have to have the cup in as many days as I would have to have tampons in. I don’t know if this happens for everyone but it does for me. You really can go ALL day with it in before you dump it. You CANT feel it when you have it in correctly. I admit, I was totally nervous and worried the whole time I had it in the first time I used it, but YOU WILL figure it out in no time. There are so many informational videos and diagrams/instructions that you will quickly figure out which fold and stance method works for your body. When it’s in correctly, there will be NO LEAKS. I’ve done intense workouts with it in and still had no leaks! I’ll never go back. Flex cup until menopause for me haha
