very good sound quality of speakers and microphone. excellent noise filtering on microphone, comfortable to wear for hours. Wish the microphone mute was controllable by moving arm up - like it's Bluetooth model does.

Bought as a backup to another JE75 that was failing. This backup was purchased in Jan26 and put i to use in Jun26. Battery failed after 3 months of use.

this is my third set of Jabra 75 headphones. Not because they break. The first set was left out in the rain - and that was the end of that. The second set is now in the possession of United Airlines because of a late flight, almost zero layover (because of the late flight) and subsequent panic about getting from one side of O'Hare to the other with a 20 minute window). I like these headphones a ton. They fit on the ear (don't like over the ear headphones!), have noise canceling, are Bluetooth compatible, have a mic that self mutes when raise vertically, have a dongle to pair with my computer, and used to come with a hard sided case. Not sure if this set is a refurb or what but no hard sided case with these, just a zip lock bag. I am hoping this is my last set of Jabra's because I can't afford to keep buying new ones! A good product that has (obviously) kept me coming back for more.

This intergrates well with Genesys Cloud phone app., had issues with several other wireless headsets that just didn't work well with it... this works well with that, teams and windows.... comfortable and worth the price.

I have had this headset for 6 months. Good materials and comfort, but I constantly struggle with background noise and microphone settings. I will buy an AI powered product to clean up background noise from my line instead. This headset has not made significant contribution to background noise reduction from my line.

The unit had about 1hr of power when I got it and I connected it to my cell phone but it died about 20mins later. I tried to charge it and the red light kept blinking while it was plugged into the power with the included usb cord. I tried contacting the company directly as they leave a note card in the package to contact them if there are any issues. I called over 4 times with not answer. I am returning this item and not going with new.

Fantastic headphones

The head set is nice, hear clearly, charge lasts a long time. Problem is that the noise cancellation did not work in an office setting and had a lot of problems with back ground noise.. even hitting the noise cancellation button
