Perfect for kids.
Great replica, soft, and perfectly sized for my two year old! Just keep in mind, it'd be small for an adult.

Lots of fun and safe for kids
I bought this for my 5 year old before we saw Thor ragnarok. He loves play fighting with his brother and pretending to be Thor. The hammer is made of a soft foam with a hard plastic handle. All in all it's pretty durable and have not noticed any issues with it coming apart. The only thing to note is that the foam can become gouged or torn from finger nails. It's been tough enough for my 5 year old but I try to keep it away from my 2 year old. Great purchase

God of Thunder!
I bought this for my 8 year old son and he absolutely loves it! It’s the perfect size for his little hands. He runs around the house hitting everything, even me, so educate your child about hitting stuff… it’s very cute though. It’s lightweight and made with soft foam. Great value for your little Avenger!

Cool item!
It will go well with my kid's Thor 4 costume! Lil big but he can wear it next year too.

Mjölnir, But Easier to Carry than the Real Thing.
We bought this as a birthday present/birthday party activity accessory for my son's "Super Hero" themed birthday party (the activity was to smash ice cream cones (without ice cream) with the hammer. While my son is younger than the ages listed (he's two), the hammer is absolutely appropriate for him and the rest of us.PROS: The hammer part is totally soft and squishy. Getting bonked with it hard would hurt a little, I guess, but that's not been an issue. It gets thrown around and nobody's gotten hurt. The handle is harder than the gray squishy part but, again, our son hasn't played with it in a way that's been potentially damaging. A more physical kid might make this toy hurt you more than mine has.It looks good! It obviously is what it's supposed to be, and my son easily can identify it. He calls it Mjölnir (and his pronunciation is pretty good!) and can roleplay with it and have fun.For the quality of the toy (we've had it for five months) under light-to-consistent play, it's held up. I think ten dollars or under is fair for this. We paid more (about $14) and that was probably too much, but we wanted it for the party, and it's held up.UPDATE: My wife and I decided to try out how much this could by hitting each other with with the foam hammer part kind of hard. And, hey, guess what? It can hurt a little. So be careful out there, friends.CONS: No bells and whistles, if you're into that sort of thing. We wanted one that was just the hammer, without sound effects. Our chatty superhero loving kid provides all the sound effects we could need. Not a bad toy or accessory, especially if you can get it with the price low. This would be fun to have as an office decoration, too, I think.
