Hi there, Yes but only very sparingly I would suggest, though really a little amount of this cream goes a very long way. This cream is effectively controlling my eczema & incidentally I do use on my eyebrows. I hope this helps. James

Has anyone used this for varicose eczema?

O haven't used it for varicose eczema but it has been great for my hands and feet.

Does it reduce redness?

Yes it does in my case although I only have periodic flare ups and not a very bad ezcema. If applied at night for example, the redness has gone by morning.
