2.5v is NOT intended for Raspberry Pi 4
The Raspberry Pi 4 needs *at least* 5 volts at 3 amps. For the record, it also needs a fan to run without throttling. The official Pi 4 power adapter is 15.3W.This is only 12.5w.The Raspberry Pi 4 is also USB-C instead of microUSBFrom the official site: "* A good quality 2.5A power supply can be used **if downstream USB peripherals consume less than 500mA in total.**"The vendor is using this line and then throwing in a cheap USB-C adapter to get rid of old stock.Save your money. Basically the only thing you can safely plug in is a keyboard & mouse.Remember how the Rasberry Pi 4 needs a fan? Those draw power...
