Does this workout with BOB strollers?

If strollers (whatever the brand) have compatible strap width, then there is the added factor of vibration. In some compression type areas of the stroller, there may be enough tension that vibration does not cause the webbing to release from the buckle. In other areas of insufficient or no tension, the vibration will almost certainly cause the webbing to release from the buckle. In all cases, proper threading through the 2 slots is required (see my separate answer about "no sew").
