Solid.
Great bag! Wheels are sturdy, construction is sound, VERY nice. Bought this for my girlfriend who's now teaching upper level undergrad courses and getting her PhD. Perfect balance between the heavy paper days from collecting assignments, but not too bulky in the digital age. Sometimes she just uses it to carry her Macbook Air, pens, a jacket, and her purse. The main compartment can be repurposed for more than files and whatever is in the picture. The file hangers even slide out so it can become a large, unhindered compartment. The storage space is great and there's a lot of areas that accordion out and collapse. Very well thought out. Works perfect for office/classroom. The only thing I'd change (and this is being picky) is when you pull the bag behind you, it's FANTASTIC. It can turn even on a dime. The moment you need to push it in front of you--happens more than you think--the telescoping rail is so smooth that you end up collapsing it a bit and coming to a stop. If you get the angle right it doesn't collapse. I thought about spraying the rails it with something to give it a bit more resistance, but it's really not that big of a deal. Maybe one day if I do, I'll post how it went/what I used, etc. If the telescoping pieces had a rubber seal that provided just a touch more grip, it'd solve the issue. Like I said, that's being REALLY picky. The bag is FANTASTIC. Get one!

Durable and Awesome
I am a part time community college professor, and I need to carry all my notes, books, laptop and supplies everywhere I go. This case does it, and does it superbly. Room for everything, and the it is all working great after a year of use. Customize it by bolting a bicycle drink holder to the side! 3 Year Update: This case is still awesome. The wheels still work great. The telescoping handle is a little stiff. The feet have worn down so that the case sits crooked. All the zippers and material still are like new.

Still rolling strong a year later
Several of my co-workers who use this case recommended it to me last year. I am an airline pilot and use this case to hold all my charts and other essentials while flying. Overall this is a very good bag, however it depends on what you would use it for. Since I use this to store binders, flashlights, a headset, and a few other things, I took out the file folders. While I have never actually used the file folders, just by looking at the holder, I could tell it would not work well as a file holder. You can hang about 3-4 holders, but they don't seem to stay very well. I have been using this case almost daily for a year and it is still in great condition. The feet and wheels are still in tact and I don't see them breaking anytime soon. With that said, I do know several other pilots who have had the feet break off of their bag and have added metal plates to reinforce it. Probably my biggest complaint about this bag is the handle. It is difficult to put down. There is no button to press to `click it' in to place, so it is either fully up or fully down. The handle does not go down smoothly, you have to really push and wiggle it down to get it past the `click' lock. I usually strap this case to my suitcase with an `add-a-bag' strap, so I don't use the handle to roll it around much. The case does fit my laptop along with my binders and other items. I would not recommend using the sleeve. It is large, so if you do use it you should have a 17" laptop as anything less just slides around inside once you take it out of the case. Also, the sleeve only uses two pieces of Velcro at the top to keep it closed. It would be very easy for the laptop to slip out (and fall on the floor) while carrying it. A neoprene sleeve that fits your specific laptop would be a much better option. Overall I do like this bag. It looks nice, well constructed, and has plenty of room inside. It works great for my use, but if you need a rolling bag for hanging file folders, I would keep looking.

BIG!
This is a big bag. It fits my school books, computer and just about anything else I've had a mind to carry. To make it last, I replaced the stock wheels/bearings with inline skate wheels/bearings (also from Amazon), and put rubber covers on the front feet. Bag is solidly constructed, so it should last at least a couple of semesters (it travels @ 2 miles Monday through Thursday). I love the flap style top, it makes everything very accessible. Two things: I wish it came with a rain cover and, I wish the telescope handle locked in the extended position. (It collapses with only slight downward pressure). Other than those two MINOR issues, I am very happy with SOLO's product and Amazon's price.

Much nicer than I expected!
It is very nice. There were a lot of complaints in the reviews that files did not fit in the file folders. This fits LEGAL size hanging folders. You can put smaller manila files inside a legal size file, but I wonder if people were trying to use 8x11 sized folders! (Maybe that is why it came with a folder as an example). If there was previously a hardware issue, then the issue may be fixed. I don’t think the file hangers are going anywhere, they are riveted in. It is probably not the most practical idea but it is a nice touch. The case itself feels very nice and looks professional. I really like it so far. It makes my briefcase look shabby in comparison, lol.

Unbalanced, Front heavy, and dislike the computer pocket.
Positives: Has rigid sides, and heavy duty wheels and handles. It appears to be well made, and will probably stand up to years of abuse as my mobile office. Theoretically, it has lots of storage pockets, and dividers in the front compartments (however, see below) Negatives: Is VERY front heavy, and unbalanced. I loaded the main compartment with law books (nearest the folding handle), and the front pocket with some pens, papers, files, and a few lightweight items. It is continually falling over on it's front, as there is no support under the front section of the bag. The front pockets do not expand at all, leaving limited options to fill them. The velcro on the front flap does not catch very well. I think with a minor redesign, (move the feet forward more, reposition the velcro, and allow the front section to expand) it could be improved. I probably would still buy it again though, as it appears to be pretty rugged. I am going to try to modify the balance issue by adding some kind of support to the front.

works as intended
Bought for me to take on genealogy trips so that I could take my files and scanner. I carry my laptop separately but always take a flatbed scanner with me on trips. The hanging files would not stay on the metal hanging bars so I bought a plastic box for hanging folders and it fit perfect. Other than that I love it - especially the fact that it is on rollers. Has places for addl files and pencils ect.
