Great price and very good CMC
This is a great purchase! Compared to the $7-$8 for a 3oz jar I find here locally this lb is a very good deal. And the product works very well with my fondant and gum paste pieces. I will definitely continue to buy this brand of CMC.

Great for gumpaste!
I use a lot of cmc/tylose powder and so I wanted to try ordering larger amounts so I don't run out all the time. This stuff works great for gumpaste! The gumpaste I made with it doesn't tear and dries very hard. Great product for a great price

Good product, needs a resealable bag
Works fine and does what I needed it to. The powder is nice and fine, but I really wish it came in a resealable bag. With something this powdery that would make storing it a lot easier.
