The sound quality and battery life are excellent. I can't believe they got such good bass response out of this headset. It is definitely worth listening to music on this, and the battery lasts at least 16 hours (maybe more) for media playback.That said, you should absolutely buy the M70 instead. It has forward/backward media controls, and up/down volume instead of a single button cycling volume control. The M70 is the same price and has all of the advantages of this one.

I'm using this with an iphone 6. It's works well and I've had people tell me I sound clearer than on the iphone earbuds or speaker and I don't have to worry about it falling out of my ear. I recently started a long distance relationship so talking on the phone conveniently is suddenly fairly important.Pros: clear sound, good battery, easy to use and connectcons: does cause some minor discomfort in the ear with the extra plastic ring from the speaker, but I do feel it is offset by having the earpiece be solid and not flop around. There is a chance I haven't adjusted the thing correctly, but there's no directions or guidance on that ring thing in the directions and it doesn't seem to want to move very easily. Also, it randomly and not infrequently beeps during calls for no reason, I have found no reason or solution for this anywherePro Tip: Using this with an iphone I had a hard time at first, it kept disconnecting and reverting to phone audio, but I wouldn't know until the person I was talking to stopped responding to me. They were responding, but the phone was in my pocket and I had to grab it and switch back to the bluetooth audio. It took much useless internet searching, then finally 2 phone calls to plantronics tech support and I found out there is a setting on iphone under:settings --> General --> Accessibility --> Call Audio Routing --> Bluetooth HeadsetIt defaults to Automatic, which I guess is why it kept switching back to the phone audio. but once I set this it stopped switching back and I was able to see my way to the end of a conversation. The beeping is still a problem, but otherwise I'm ok with this headset.

I am pretty happy with this unit. I have owned other Plantronics ear pieces that I liked better, so clearly newer doesn't necessarily mean better. This unit hurt A LOT in my ear when I first got it, but it had been a while since I had worn an ear piece. I adjusted the positioning so that the actual ear piece points lower on my face and this has helped immensely, although it is still not as comfortable as the first Plantronics device I owned 5 years ago (which still works, even though my dog chewed it up!, so it's not attractive and fits oddly, so I only use it as a back-up). There were no directions on how to fit it for my left ear, but I was able to figure it out. The voice command doesn't work. Whenever it says "Answer or Ignore" I can not get it to answer, so I have just been using the call answer button on the body of the unit to answer my calls. Sound is great! Despite the slightly uncomfortable fit, and the uselsss hands-free answering feature, it is still a good product for the money.

People have a hard time hearing me in my office and in the car, it struggles to connect to both my Galaxy note 5 and to my new Dell laptop and it's range is about 15-20 feet. For $150 Plantronics should be selling a quality headset, not this one. I don't write these, but this product is so bad that I feel I need to warn others not to get it. I bought it because I saw a really good rating on this and haven't really been steered wrong on the ratings I see on amazon. Also, I love plantronics headsets normally and my last two were plantronics products. I loved the Plantronics Edge headset I had and thought I'd try this one. This M55 headset is more expensive than the Edge was and is barely better than the $35 plantronic M165. I also don't return stuff if it's marginal. I returned this. It wasn't marginal. I am baffled why this product was highly rated. ...So disappointed.On a side note, I got the M55, because I bought the M165 and realized that it just isn't going to work for me in my business. I use it in my car, I use it for work in my home office and at Starbucks occasionally. I had a hard time getting others to hear me. I thought, okay, it was cheap and I'm getting what I paid for. I lost my M165 and am not bothered by it at all. It was cheap and not even worth returning. So, I got the M55 because I wanted a product to replace my Edge headset. I quickly found that the M55 is basically the same thing as the M165 (same software and behavior), with a few extra feature that don't actually work.

I oredered this headset as I never hear my phone from inside my handbag or backpack, the reviews were excellent and I figured that the price was reasonable. I am so pleased that I did, no more missed phone calls, no rummaging through my bags searching for the apparently invisible phone and it is so easy to use. The heaset lasts forever on one charge, tells you how much charge time you have left when you turn it and and it links to my phone instantly each time it is turned on. The sound is good, apparently my voice sounds a little strange to callers but incoming calls, music, siri etc., all sound good on this. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this company and product to others.

Best yet! I have a collection of Bluetooth headsets and this one is by far the best one so far for voice calls. Superb voice quality in earpiece and very good microphone, excellent fit in the ear, very comfortable and secure (without the loop). Love that it handles media as well as phone audio - very handy for GPS navigation in the car. Also love the voice prompts - especially the battery life info on start-up. Minor quibble - I find the power button a bit difficult to operate.

I used it a few times and it's now a permanent resident of the "maybe I will use one day". Not easy to put on ear (I have small ears). Once I wear my glasses, it falls. Then I try to put it back on and it redials because of the redial button on the side so unfortunately I don't recommend and switched to Motorola which works like a charm,

Me gusto que le aguanta bastante la carga y tiene buena calidad de audio y se acomoda perfecto, si le veo un pero pues seria que si cuando de le daba buen trato y se usaba relativamente poco... después de un corto tiempo sin motivo aparente dejo de funcionar, comenzó a escucharse muy muy bajo, imposible de usar.
