what I do is, after it has absorbed all it can and a little stickiness is left on, I put a little Aloe Vera gel over the place I put the magnesium lotion and massage it in. Then there is no sticky feeling as the Aloe carries it all in through the skin. Aloe gets through all layers of the skin, so, in theory, it will take ALL the magnesium in deeper.

I primarily use it on my legs and feet right before going to bed. It works incredibly fast to relieve nighttime leg cramps, muscle tension, and post-workout soreness. Within about 15 minutes, I can feel my body physically winding down, which has drastically improved my sleep quality
