Is this a regular vitamin complex?

Hi... it is a regular vitamin complex with antioxident added in. I have been taking a compound of this sort for about 30 years. About a year or so ago I changed over to 21st Century as it has ingredient for ingredient of the other I was taking that went out of business. I am quite happy with 21st Century Antioxident.

Why does this product contain titanium dioxide?

I didn't know it had titanium dioxide. Food-grade TiO2 is a white powder made up of small particles that has been permitted in for ise in food products internationally for many years as a food additive to whiten or brighten foods. Food-grade TiO2 has long been considered safe when eaten as part of the diet. It can be found in mints, Trolli sour gummies and Ring Pops, according to Environmental Working Group. Other food products that list titanium dioxide are Lucerne cottage cheese, Beyond Meat's chicken plant-based tenders, Great Value ice cream and Chips Ahoy! cookies
