So far so good..
So far so good... I was happy to be able to find a cable of this length. It's working fine and I've printed text documents and photos.I needed a cable long enough to take a couple of right angle turns in my home office to go from my iMac to my Lexmark printer.I won't bore you with the story of how I was on the phone for 3 hours with Apple, both the first line rep and the extra-smart guy above him. They tried everything in the world to get my iMac to communicate with my Lexmark that has wifi. Had I thought of this work-around of buying the cable and doing it myself, I could have had 3 hours of my life back. The other thing... at first I bought a 16 foot cord from a national office Supply retailer with a local Store nearby. It wasn't long enough so I had to return it anyway. But when I made the purchase at the store, the cable cost $42! I thought, well, I guess it's because the connections are gold plated. Then when it wasn't long enough, I searched for a longer cable on their website first. I didn't find one long enough there, but I did find the exact same 16ft cord (same product #) for $6.50! Wow! What a difference. When I returned that cable to the Store I asked the clerk, 'Any explanation for the price difference?' Not really. "It happens a lot," she said. My conclusion: It pays to shop around. She did say that they will price match... but hey, all the people who don't know that or forget to do it get [taken advantage of].

Works Great!
Comprehensive ST Series USB Cable 2.0 A to B Cable 25 FTOne of my printers is 25 feet away, nothing like hardwired printers compared to wifi ..... Always had problems with Wifi only printers, always seem to not work when I am printing alot of pages.... reset this, turn this off, reinstall this.... Found this cable, inexpensive, works great and no wifi headaches......... Plug and go..... I then share the printers that are hardwired to my main PC on the network.... Seems alot less problems doing that for me.... only downside is main PC has to be on to print if I am using other devices on the network to print from....

Does What It Needs
It works exactly as described. I was concerned about it being 25 feet without having a booster on it, but that turned out to not be an issue at all. Works fine with any printers I've hooked it up to along with my external hard drive. This is a great alternative to the much higher prices ones that do contain a booster. As far as I can tell, this does everything they can for half the cost.

Comprehensive ST Series USB Cable 2.0 A to B Cable 25 FT
Bought thisbased on reviews that it worked with many printers although no mention of mine. The WIFI on my Canon PIXMA 3120 failed and the cord supplied with the printer was too short for my set up. This chord works fine and I can route it along the wall to where the printer is stationed. Not as convenient as WIFI but it saved me from buying a new printer.

Looks and feels like good quality, not a monster cable or other high end just a good plain cable to suffice.
I decided to return my printer and buy a wireless instead of using another cable across my place. I did however get to feel and inspect this wire/cable. It it good quality feel and look and seems more than adequate if my wifi go's down to use as back up. I'm sure it works fine, most seem to have no problems with it and it's the most affordable cable of this size. Shipping was quick just a few days with prime.

Perfect for my needs
Office computer is only allowed to connect to home printer by USB cable. Using this long USB cable I can work in the dining room and still print in my small/crowded computer room. No data loss experienced at all.

Works, but apparently not with an HP printer
The cable isn't a total dud; I did get it to work with an older model of trail camera. But try as I might, I couldn't seem to get my computer to recognize an HP Photosmart 3200 using this 25' cable.EDIT (09/27/14): Apparently the Comprehensive cable *was* the cause of the "non-connection."I ordered a Mediabridge cable, which unfortunately was only 16', just a tad short for what I needed. But the computer recognized the printer immediately once the new cable was plugged in. The Mediabridge cable is $2.50 cheaper and 9' shorter. Now that I know which one works and which one doesn't, I can locate the computer a little closer to the printer. The Comprehensive cable could still come in handy for some other use, so I'm keeping it.

I recently brought home a Primera Bravo Pro disc publisher ...
I recently brought home a Primera Bravo Pro disc publisher to help fulfill an order I had received for 50 copies of a DVD. Imagine my surprise when I couldn't connect the printer to my computer to finish the job. I needed the cable quickly, and after ordering it online, it arrived fast and I was pumping out copies of my documentary in no time. The cable has already paid for itself!
