A balance of 80% quartz and 20% acrylic, makes for a very dense, nearly impervious substance with a very attractive, satiny-smooth appearance. It is nearly impossible to scratch or stain because of its density, and it can withstand extreme temperatures - a dropped knife will not scratch, acidic foods will not stain, and hot pots will not burn the surface. No sound-dampening pads are required because TruGranite is inherently quiet. The 808-Silver model is a dualmount design, offering the option of being installed over or below the countertop. It's a mid-sized sink of rectangular shape with an offset drain which allows for more storage room under the counter. With an overall measurement of 21 5/8" x 16 7/8" x 7 3/4", it will require a minimum-width cabinet of 24". It is cUPC certified. One matching, silver flange is included to rest over the garbage disposal and become the visible portion of the drain system below. When necessary, its stopper can be positioned to prevent waste or water from going down the drain.

Stains very easily (please read review)
Too expensive for the quality, stains very easily. This is unacceptable, I just made spaghetti last night and after washing the plates I saw the stain, I tried to wash off with dish soap and even bleach and it didn’t come off. Only buy this sink if you never going to make spaghetti or use any kind of tomato sauce.

Eye catcher!!
I loooove my new sink!! The size is perfect for an RV where every inch of counterspace counts. Its modern and a beautiful contrast to my light colored countertops.I chose a faucet with a 9.5" reach set 2.25" back so as not to overpower it.I clean everything with bleach and it has not harmed it in any way.It catches everyone's eye and receives many compliments.The drain basket was plastic so I replaced it with a heavier model and set with clear silicone.

Love it. Sleek
This is my 3rd (in different locations) composite sink. Love it. Sleek, stylish, never had a crack or ding - but its same all the way through so you'd never know if you did.

Black Tru Granite sink
Very well designed sink. It goes well with out gray quartz countertop and I like 550 degree heat resistance. This is not your everyday stainless steel sink.

I've been using this sink for a couple months and I love it. It's well made and sturdy; much heavier than a stainless steel. It can be under-mounted or mounted from the top, which turned out to be a blessing when I wasn't able to under-mount, as I'd planned. It also drains well without leaving any water puddles. It does not come with a drain as shown in the pictures, but I was able to pick one out at my local building supply store for $15. There was a wide variety of drains available and I liked being able to pick out the finish and style I preferred. All in all this is a rock-solid sink with a nice finish.
