Interplay: The Process of Interpersonal Communication

I am a Victor Valley College alumni since 2018 and this was one of the books I used physically for a course in the past. I highly recommend Amazon when the books are too much to handle in price, or if you wanted a digital copy.

Came in a little more used than I'd expected but serves its purpose!

Interpersonal Communication itself is an interesting concept, but there are chapters that are sure to put you to sleep during late night study sessions, which is probably what your professor didn't intend. Aside from that, you most certainly will learn a thing or two from this book. Take a few chapters with a grain of salt, if you will.Paperback is significantly cheaper, so pick up a copy if you can.

We rented this book for my son's college class. The book is in pretty rough shape but it works for his needs for the class. He is only in the second week of classes so obviously he hasn't read the entire book, but he was telling me this morning that, from what he has seen so far, he believes his interpersonal communication skills will be improved through this. The book seems to encourage thoughtfulness and intentionality in our personal interactions whether in person or through technology.

This was honestly a life changing book for me. I originally rented this for a college course on interpersonal communication and I found so much value on the stuff I learned in here. Because of this book, I was able to understand and maintain relationships a lot better and also learn how to manage conflict. Since I returned it, I bought an e-version for me to keep forever because IT'S THAT GOOD OF A BOOK!Definitely recommend as an essential in any self-development library!!

Book rental for class. I feel like I needed to document the condition of this book when I got it just to make sure I was not charged any additional when I return it. The cover is pretty tore up. It was also very dirty. First picture was before I wiped the book down.

These used rentals come pretty beat up, atleast mine did. Other than that this was a great book. I would recommend interpersonal communications class to anyone.

There are a lot of high lights and underline markings throughout the book. The book is still readable and it is not falling apart. Was going to buy a brand new textbook but I saved well over $150 to just rent this one.
