how are you going to sale us a machine and do not make it clear that it doesn't come with all parts. i did not receive the handle bar or blocks that holds up the machine to make it function. i do understand that the blocks are sold separately (now of course) but there is a top part to the bottom blocks that are missing and i do not know how to order or even search for. all of this sounds confusing. trust me i know

This is my second machine. I had one for greater than 10 years and in the last move it got destroyed it took forever to find this one online I'm very excited to have one again

Its seems like a good exercise: you really struggle to make a 25 set, but you'll never get DOMS....I'm not sure if my muscles are really working.

Am I crazy I think this is so fun😁
Just love this thing so much. It is the perfect lazy workout girl kind of equipment.It definatly will change your butt in a short time and the inside of your legs. Ive jumped on it in passing a few times a day for over month and it's really shaped my butt up.It is perfect for when you are watching a movie or something.I combine with a few dumbbell exercises and some sit ups and Im done.Its not for someone who wants to lose a bunch of weight, but if your wimpy and your legs and butt need a lift you might just love it.
