Retains OEM look while allowing for aftermarket radio
Exact fit for my needs! I used this dash set in my 1989 Volvo 745. It retains the stock look of the dash, is super sturdy, and works quite well for the aftermarket radio I installed.

Worked great in my 1994 Volvo 940 Turbo sedan. Tons of excess parts I didn't need, but definitely everything I needed to do the install. It looks reasonably good, blends into the dash fine, and fits well enough. Been in there with a Clarion deck for a couple months, no troubles.

Works as Advertised
I bought this for a 1989 Volvo 245 and am pleased with the results. I installed it in the upper dash. The mounting plate looks just like the original. I rate it as four stars for the following reasons: the instructions aren't great and I had no idea what two of the pieces were for (perhaps other vehicles, as I see this kit viewed for older ford Pickups), also the upper dash mount plate interfered with one of the gage hole covers (it was only a 1 minute fix with a pair of side cutters. One of the screw holes was a tad bigger than the original.) In all it is well worth the money to update the head unit in a sturdy old car. I don't think you will regret it!

Comes with all 3 styles for the entire production range of Volvo 240's (242, 244 and 245) Fits perfect and holds a single din deck like you would expect. Only gripe is the texture stands out a little but overall perfect given the limited options you'll find for faceplates these days.
