Works great for nighttime neck pain.

This thing is wonderful. My massage therapist recommend it for me as I can't afford frequent, consistent massage appointments and I struggle with chronic headaches and shoulder/neck tension. While I wish it was a little less in cost for the "size" of it - it is a wonderful aid to helping stay healthy and mediate pain. Being able to utilize it for my cranial pressure points for headaches, neck points and follow all the way down my spine (also hits the very tight/tense/sore/achy/painful area of my spine on either side of my scapula (back shoulder bones). It took a while to figure out how best to utilize the tool for my body and how I needed to feel pressure and release - but now that I've worked with it, I love it. I don't use it everyday, but am pretty sure if I did it would further help lessen chronic issues. I am able to have moments of that "oh my goodness this is painful but it feel so great to release that tension/knot its amazing" feeling when using this little device. Totally worth a purchase if you have tightness, knots, tension, headaches, backaches, neck aches, etc. While massage is deeper and more thorough of course, this has helped in the meantime tremendously. And when I did a new workout this past weekend, along with painting ceilings and walls in my parents home, it helped work out and relieve the muscle tension that had built from the activities. Very, very happy and pleased I ended up purchasing this.

This product is great. It's super helpful to be a functional massage and my PT gave me lots of ideas on how to use it to release the tension in my neck and back. My issue is I ordered one on June 16, 2026 and a second on June 23, 2026 and they are the exact same model, except they are different colors. When we looked at the back, one says patent pending, and the other has the official patent number. The patent was issued in 2021 so one of the items we got, was manufactured between 2016 and 2021. That's quite old for something that's made of foam. We wanted to use them together but one is squishier than the other. Bit of a bummer that Amazon and the seller and likely selling something that's been sitting on a shelf for ages. Otherwise, we love it!

I was hesitant about this item, but read about it in a book written by a doctor that has fibromyalgia, "The Fibro Manual", which I highly recommend. Purchased it and used it last night. Was amazing!! It hurt really bad for about the first 5 minutes, but then, cleared up most of my pain in my neck, hip, lower and upper back, and knee.

You'll read the other reviews, perhaps watch some YouTube videos, and start to wonder if this product can bring you relief from chronic ailments and improve your overall wellness, too. You'll probably wince over the price and wonder, "That much for this?”. You’ve tried so many other gadgets that promise results with consistent and proper use, what’s another to add to the collection? You’re desperate, so like me, you’ll add to cart. Atypical for me, I purchased the Original vs the Sport. I usually have a hard habit of going for the most intense options, and as I’m learning, a gentle approach is better in many cases. When it arrives, you’ll say, “I paid THAT much for THIS?! What a joke.” But read the instructions, watch a few videos via the company website or YouTube, and try it. After my first session, I immediately noticed an improved range of neck motion and a feeling of clarity after 3-5 minutes in both the Base and Stillness positions. Now I meditate with this, use it in the Sacrum position, and you’d have to pry it from my cold, dead hands. Good luck with that.

The Craniocradle is fantastic! The brochure that comes with it shows all the different ways it can be used and help relieve muscle tension and tightness. I get on the floor with it every night and use it at the base of my scull and I especially like the position where the head is secure on the Craniocradle and you gently move the head side to side to gently stretch the side of neck muscles. The main reason I purchased this was because I was going out of town and would be "away" from my massage therapist who has been of great help with the pain/tension I've been having at the base of my skull. I went ahead and purchased two and I'm so grateful that I did! I am a home self therapy queen of sorts - if I can do it myself, that is my preference, so I have a number of "self home therapy" products that I use on a regular basis and have for years. This product is like no others and it is well worth the cost. It is very easy to use. I use it on the floor while watching TV in the evening - multi-tasking at it's best <smile> and I feel so good afterwards.

Haven't used a lot yet, but will be great for traveling as well.

Light weight, sturdy yet comfortable. My physio suggested it for me. It helps position my neck and head which is what I need it for to retrain and ease head tilt, neck strain and pain. Have been using gradually every other day and so far so good! Supportive product. Make sure to follow guidelines of where to position it. Based on my needs and areas needing support I recommend this product:)

I rarely write reviews but really feel moved to do so for this product. It’s like a magic key to relieve my chronic tension. I have a history of bruxism and general tension and most of the time stuck in sympathetic drive. After using this tool for 3 nights in a row I notice in the mornings, no bruxism, feeling relaxed and my HRV levels much higher than usual. After using this for only 3 x 10 mins in back of head and two areas of spine it seems to shift me from sympathetic to parasympathetic. I’m now ordering another one so I can do two areas at the same time (as suggested in the instructions)
