This is food. Fruit juice, you could say. It will last as long as any other food/fruit. Think of it as a piece of fruit you have cut open, like say, a peach cut in half. If the weather is hot, it could go moldy within a few hours. If you put it in the refrigerator and it’s covered and clean, it might still be good even a week or two later.
