White Noise Machine for Sleeping, Sleep Sound Machine with Non-Looping Soothing Sounds for Baby Adult Traveler, Portable for Home Office Travel

I bought my first one of these for my babies room and found that this little machine is so soothing I ended up buying one for myself! I usually sleep with a fan on, (which my husband doesn’t really like cause he gets too cold), but now I don’t have to! I mostly use one of the fan settings, but sometimes I use the outdoor cricket sounding setting . Sounds like you’re camping. I use that one for my baby every night and Have it go off after an hour with the timer setting. I leave mine on all night cause I’m a very light sleeper. I can honestly say I have had more deep sleep since I’ve been using this product. And that is a rarity for me.

The sounds created are as advertised, and this could be a great little machine, but the one I purchased has a problem with the volume control. If goes from a very-soft/soft to a loud, and there is no in-between. If oyu want a very soft sound for a childs room, it's probably fine, but of you want a low to mid volume to drown out other ambient noises, the volume control doesn't work well for this at all

Very cheap. Buttons came broken. Disappointed with this product. Not worth $30.

Update: still going strong after over a year of nearly every night and day use.Bought this for my son as he sleeps better with white noise and it helps us disguise our squeaky floors and basic household noise while he sleeps. I like how loud it gets, that it’s also able to plug in, it’s small, discreet, with lots of options for sound.

I loved it...until it broke after 5 months. The on/off volume switch quit working. Cheaply made!
