I bought these for a 6 month old baby to help them learn how to drink from a cup. With a lot of sippy cups the child can't see the water level at all, and seeing as our baby was very intrigued by watching levels go down when we drink things, it occured to me that it would be helpful if baby can see this with their own drink. The double layer steel makes it a bit heavier so it's harder to knock over if you're a clumsy small human trying to pick it up, and the rim at the edge works a treat for easy drinking. Baby mastered sipping in no time! Baby did not master the table manners of not tipping it over to have a splash around, though that does look like great fun. I can also happily confirm that if these are knocked on the floor again and again and again then they show no obvious damage.

I use these for work where disposable cups have been banned. Exactly the right size for a double espresso. Run them under the hot tap to get them warm before use. There is no taste from the metal, just java.

Like the thermal component as well as the very thin lip to sip from. Works great for espresso. Suggest pre-warming the cups as you would usually with espresso.
