Will this fit a rode nt1-a xlr mic?

I don't think so. As far as I'm aware the 309a suspension mount is designed specifically to fit the Electrovoice RE range of microphones.

Does the official clamp come with this or do I have to buy it separately? ps I dont mean the shock mount, I mean the low profile clamp.

Yes, my RE320 was supplied with a plastic clamp for basic mic stand attachment. In my opinion it is a little low quality for this microphone but it does help to keep the cost down I suppose.

Any good for singing?

Only microphone I use for singing... Its also what was used for Nirvana's In Utero, you wouldn't catch me dead in the studio without one.
