I keep buying these to replace my hss end mills. They are awesome, and cut like a hot knife through butter. I cut a lot of 416 stainless and these make hss look like junk. Almost no burrs to file off even after cutting a keyway in a threaded shaft. Definitely a must.

The design is a good one, but the execution is superb. I got the pkg. of five ⅛ in bits. I immediately tested it on the door latch for my new front door dead bolt. The strike plate already there meets the highest safety standard, which is done by the use of certain steels, their thickness, and the means by which they're attached to the door frame.The problem turned out to be that it was slightly off and it got in the way of the bolt extending. I spent a half-hour hand filing that thing to get it to work. When the bits arrived, I decided to see if I could use my Dremel tool with this bit to even everything off. Wow! What a great purchase. After juxtaposing the hand filing with the use of the bit, separated by less than 24 hrs, I'll never forget I have it when it can be useful and I know I'm going to be glad I do. This is a piece that is overkill for us mere mortals. It's meant for CNC gods.

For the money they work well , they hold up well

they are a bit brittle. If the cutting head moves (shudders) they will chip.

I broke off a 1/4" x 20 tap below the surface on a project. I melted a HSS end mill trying to cut it out. I decided to order these 1/8" carbides and was actually surprised how easily it cut through the tap without any noticeable damage. I'm very happy. I've used other end mills from Speed Tiger and so far, they have all performed well.

I have zero dislikes - came in today and used it in both my Dremel and Drill press - I used it on 1/4" plate Aluminum I am using to make a hand power planer into a joiner for my Workmate - it saved me hours of sanding with a 1/2x18 power sander and file work -

Used these on a Bridgeport for milling 6061-t6 aluminum, didn’t matter how much I reduced the feed rate or how light a cut I took, either the flutes would snap off or the whole cutting fluted section would break off. Destroyed 4 of the 5 bits, and never managed to finish the part. Trash!

Used it to cut a 1/2" keyway into a shaft 7" long. worked with great satisfaction
