I have tried so many bleaching products over the years and this one genuinely stands out. The biggest thing for me is that it’s a creme formula, not a powder. If you have ever tried to mix powder bleach you know the struggle of it puffing everywhere and making a mess all over your bathroom. This just squeezes out cleanly and mixes like a dream. One of my favorite things about this is that you can squeeze out just a small amount for touch ups without wasting anything. With powder lightener you have to commit to opening a whole packet and if you only needed a little bit the rest just goes to waste. With this you use what you need, put the cap back on and it is ready for next time. I used this specifically to help me transition back to my natural color after years of black box dye. Getting old dark dye out is no joke and I needed something that would lift gradually without destroying my ends. I mixed it with a 10 volume developer for a slower, more controlled lift and the results were exactly what I wanted. I could apply a little more product to the sections that were being extra stubborn, like my underlayer which was holding onto that dark color the most, without worrying about over processing the rest of my hair. You can see in my before and after that everything lifted to a soft warm tone that blends naturally with my roots instead of looking patchy or uneven. The creme consistency stays exactly where you put it and does not run or drip while you are working, which makes such a difference when you are trying to be precise with placement. If you are transitioning away from dark dye and want something gentle, controlled and not wasteful, this is the one.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I will never go back to regular bleach after using this, and I wish I had known about this product a long time ago! I would have avoided a lot of damaged hair and hours of bleaching only to get an ugly orange color and straw like hair. I have been lightening my hair to put vivid colors in since I was 16. I'm 28 now, so that's 12 years of bleaching my own hair with a variety of different products. Using this lightening cream with their sensitive scalp 20 developer- a literal game changer. I've been bleaching my roots only once or twice a year to avoid bleaching the same hair more than once and to give my hair a good break in between, even tho this means my hair is often way grown out at the top and it can create bands of differently lightened hair. Because of this I've used a full coverage vivid color (like dark purple or blue) despite having always wanted to be able to go pastel. Pastel color wasn't worth the damage to my hair to get it that light and even when I've tried in the past it was always too bronzey to look good with a pastel dye, even after toning it. Well I found this product looking for a good product to bleach my roots with as it was that time again and I'm being even more careful with my hair as I'm trying to grow it out long. I found this and read the good reviews and decided to give it a try. I used the cream and the 20 sensitive scalp devloper 1 to 1 mix to lighten my roots. It lighted it SO fast I was amazed. And oh my gosh when I rinsed it out not only did my roots not feel damaged but it was the prettiest lightest silvery blonde I've ever seen on myself, something I wasn't able to achieve even with multiple bleach sessions and toning before, and this was with no toning! I loved it so much I decided to take the leap and lighten the rest of my head the next day. I have a lot of hair, so I used an entire bottle of the cream between doing my roots and then the rest of my hair, but its definitely worth it and I still have about half the developer left. After doing the rest of my hair I used purple depositing shampoo and a purple toning conditioner, to give it that purple hue and some light purple color. I love it!! I've received so many compliments on it, and my hair doesn't feel damaged even after using it on my already bleached hair. I am going to be a user of this product for life! I have tried professional products (I have a license) and I’ve tried non professional and let me tell you after scrolling TikTok and learning about this lightener; I am blown away. 30 vol on the scalp 40 minutes and it was WHITE. Most lighteners after 40/45 minutes still give me banana yellow, I wish I had a photo of immediately after but I did tone with ion snow cap and I’m obsessed. This lightener is SO GOOD

Unfortunately some people are illiterate....it says in the description it is NOT bleach....that being said I'm happy to find an alternative to bleach to lighten my hair. My hair does not take bleach, it will fry without lifting a full level. I bleached my hair once and it got crunchy and was breaking off. Would not recommend 😕 This lightening creme however was great and actually got my hair pretty light for only leaving it in 20mins. I rinsed it out after a short period because it felt like my scalp was on fire and it made me paranoid. It says it conditions but my hair is very fine and brittle so it still took some damage but not horrible so I'll have to wait a bit before I hit it again.

Pleasantly surprised! My daughter did my hair for me using this and 10 volume. We knew it had to be done twice as platinum never is achieved in one try. Afterwards I put a purple conditioning mask but that is out of habit. I was shocked how silky and bright it came out. Im in love and will both recommend and purchase again.

Works great, i have very sensitive hair it drys and damages easily, but with this creme lightener I received the level I wanted without damage or drying out my hair. Would recommend to anybody.

This bleach is the best and lifted the most and the fastest out of others I tried. Highly recommend. I used vol 20 developer

I got this to bleach my eyebrows and mixed it with 20 vol developer. I have dark brown hair but had previously bleached my brows with jolene creme bleach which resulted in them turning orange. The 20 vol developer plus this product made my eyebrows practically invisible which was kinda what I was going for. However, I cannot say that it made my brows white/ash blonde (I didn’t want them to be that color anyways). This could of course be because my eyebrows were orange when I used this product, or maybe because I went with 20 vol developer instead of 30. Either way I think this product is great and I think that if you are someone with lighter hair naturally, you will get that whitish/ash blonde look. And even if you’re hairs dark, it should still get the desired result with a high volume of developer and some purple or blue shampoo!!!!

Bought to lighten my roots and refresh the lengths with minimal damage. Worked great, and only had to leave on for 30 minutes. Still had to add toner and wash with blue and purple shampoo to reduce the yellow/orange tint.

I only took one star off because of the price, which is very expensive.
