Unfortunately, it doesn't say on the bottle. Maybe, contact the manufacturer. When I bathe my Wheaten Terriers, it works very nicely on their coats and helps when I comb out their beards.

Is this a good finishing spray for a short haired double coat dogs, or is it only for long coated dogs?

It works great on all dogs. I’ve used it on long hairs and short haired. Works got on my bulldog and my boxers.
