I custom built a stand for my Polaris 800 Sportsman in order to mount this on. Most of my friends put the speaker on the rack in front of them on their 4-wheelers. I put mine behind me. Doesn't block your view and you can hear the music very well. This thing is built pretty strong and water-proof. Had to have that because we do get into water a lot. I got the Bluetooth compatible unit so I could use my phone to listen to the music . I would recommend the unit itself to anyone wanting to enjoy your music while riding. You just have to use your own imagination on how you want to mount it though.UPDATE !! >>>>05/31/2014>>>>> Just to let anyone know that's thinking of getting one of these ?? It's getting into full riding season again here and all is still going well with my BOSS BLUETOOTH AUDIO SYSTEM ! I have personally added a lot of features on my bike to accommodate my music. It's just a big part of a good ride for me. Wish you could add pic's besides video and I could give some of you guys some suggestions on mounting these things. I've had a lot of inquires about the one I made for mine. A little time consuming, but well worth the effort. I've also added a lot of electronic hook-ups on mine to accommodate different devices. I can listen to either my Go-list on my phone.......MP3.....or my XM Radio !!! All via bluetooth !!......I love it. I've read a lot of reviews on here about these speakers. I know....I know... you get a lemon from time to time with everything, but as for my personal experience with BOSS ??.....I had a control pad on mine to go bad. I just e-mailed them and explained what was going on and it wasn't very long someone got back with me and said if I could send them the "Proof of Purchase", they would fix me up. So...I emailed them a copy of it and low and behold....they sent me a brand new controller !!! As far as I'm concerned ????...I appreciate that and will do business with them again. Yes, the speakers have a "ONE YEAR WARRANTY"....and I believe as long as it's in that period, they will make good on what they claim. These things still sound as good as the day I installed them too. OH btw........there is this lil' device called "BlueSENSE TRM"....they have them on AMAZON. If you have these "BLUETOOTH" speakers....and your MP3 or other device isn't bluetooth compatible ???....well, you get this lil' device and it will be. Only costs about $ 30.00. No bigger than an MP3 player and works great. You have to have bluetooth speakers in order for it to work though. Worked out perfect for me. This way I can listen to my MP3 or my XM Radio while ridin' my 4-wheeler. Check it out !!! Just wanted to let you guys know.........

I was looking for a new sound system for our old Jeep. Options were a bit limited due to the design of the Jeep... especially limiting were speaker options. I wanted bluetooth so I could play podcasts and youtube... I searched for hours before stumbling across the BOSS AUDIO ATV25B. At first I thought it wouldn't work but after searching YouTube and Jeep forums I decided to try it. If it didn't work for the Jeep I could find other uses for it. I installed it in the back "trunk" area of the Jeep.... ran the wires under the carpet and wired the 12v + wire into a switched power source. I secured the bluetooth controller pod to the center console to allow for easy volume and track changes. I turned on the key and hit the center button on the bluetooth controller to power up the speaker system and searched for BOSS AUDIO bluetooth in the systems settings of my iPhone. It synced easily and I was playing music in seconds. Installation was REALLY EASY!!! The sound surprised me. The bass response is really deep. This is probably exaggerated by it being mounted in the "trunk" which is a small space and the speakers are facing the rear door so the bass bounces of the door. It gets LOUD..... much louder than I expected. The treble is somewhat muted ... again most likely due to the mounting location... but overall the sound is acceptable. If your phone has extended settings for audio that allows you to adjust the bass and treble levels it would help a lot. Maybe a 3rd party app??? Overall.... this has exceeded my expectations. Easy to install.... syncs easily and quickly.... with most radio stations offering apps it allows you to listen to your favorites via your phone or tablet..... and Pandora - YouTube - why pay big $$$ for a new system when you have everything on your phone.... all you need is this speaker system!

Pros: The tube is very well built. Rubber corners to help absorb a lot of the shock. Very, very, easy to install. Especially with a 12v outlet already built in to my ATV. Sits nicely on the front wrack of the CFMOTO CForce 500. Tube looks a bit bulky. Yet, doesn't seem so massive on the ATV. Easily connected to my phone via Bluetooth. Speakers are loud enough to be heard with the engine running. Volume controls on my phone and the remote work well, and are also very easy to use with gloves.Cons: Seems to lack a bit of bass. I expected a little more. A higher volume would be nice. I imagine on the trails with other riders, and their stupid loud exhaust, the music might become almost inaudible. The Bluetooth is very weak. Signal starts to become lost after moving only 10 feet away. 20-30 feet causes complete loss of signal. I hate the idea of leaving my phone on the ATV while I step away to do something. Especially at an off road park. The remote could use a couple more buttons. It isn't super intuitive and is a bit confusing to understand at first. I have also accidently reset a song to play from the beginning, or completely skipped whole songs trying to adjust the volume. All due to volume and song skip/restart being controlled with only two buttons. adding two more buttons would be amazing.Overall: This is a great product for the price. A few simple improvements would dramatically improve the overall quality of the system. I would highly recommend these speakers for people that want to just simply enjoy some music while on the trails, sitting in the shed/barn, or just out working. Worth the money.

Used it for a full weekend at Hatfield & McCoy. Bluetooth kept breaking out first day, come to find out the remote plug was loosening and losing connection (wish it screwed together). Zip tied it together and worked great rest of trip. Truly enjoy the sound it puts out. I would recommend.
