doTERRA Balance Essential Oil Grounding Blend - 15 ml

This is one of my favorites. It smells amazing.

I use DoTerra Serenity blend, Lavender and Balance every night before bed. I can’t live without it now. The scent is so soothing to me. I also LOVE the women’s blend called “whisper”, however they only make it in a roller ball now.. they used to sell 5ml bottles which were much more concentrated and lasted longer. I still buy it though but it uses up fast. The serenity oil and the other essential oils in 15ml bottles last a long time for me. I’ve had this serenity bottle since late 2022 and it’s Sept 10, 2023 today. I’m due for a new bottle since this one’s almost gone. I put a dab straight on my wrist and rub some on my pulse point (neck) and put some on the top of my nose so I’m always breathing it in before I sleep.. it helps me calm down and fall asleep. I also rub some on my chest. The main DoTerra oils I love and own are Balance, Serenity, Lavender, Melaleuca (tea tree), Breathe, Aroma Touch, Deep Blue, Clove, OnGuard, Wild Orange and Whisper. Balance is a very grounding blend, it smells almost piney (which is probably the spruce and frankincense) - Balance is a blend of chamomile, blue tansy, spruce, cinnamon, frankincense, osmanthus and coconut oil as a carrier. Earthly and divine.

I was looking for a blend to help calm the nerves and ease any anxious feelings without making me "sleepy" like lavender... this one is IT! I think this is my favorite blend in my collection so far! I took a friend's advice and diffused Balance with my Serenity blend and I had a blissful night of sleep. For me, it first smells like pine trees followed by a light floral/fruity smell that's sweet. It's really refreshing and blends really well with other oils whether it's lavender and peppermint or a hint of lemon and orange. That's why it's called "Balance" I guess? As far as "grounding"... it has worked for me both topically and aromatically. I mixed a few drops into my blend of lavender, peppermint, and lemon and I instantly felt more at ease. I also placed a few drops on some foot pad inserts for my flats (I prefer this versus applying it directly on the bottoms of my feet) and I would get a few whiffs of the oil while working and my mood was instantly lifted. This is definitely a blend to keep on hand in your collection! You can always mix another blend to it if you have any aversions to the pine smell or if it's too fruity for you.

Gentle aroma and to me very pleasant. Have ordered and reordered this a few times.

I usually get all my oils from Healing Solutions or Eden's Garden, because Healing Solutions' oils are superior; however, this is one blend I won't compromise on. My friend turned me on to essential oils, particularly DoTERRA, and actually gave me the rest of her Balance blend and I just fell in love with it. The best part about this blend is that it's good for grand mal seizures/seizures. My mother-in-law has a very rare kind of epilepsy that goes beyond grand mals, so I wanted to see if this would help for her. I bought this along with a diffuser necklace, because the damage that her seizures have done to her brain would prevent her from truly being able to figure out how to deal with an actual diffuser and I felt the necklace would be easier for her to manage and keep close to her for aroma therapy. I also made her a roller ball diluted with hemp oil. She says that she can actually feel a difference and she's not feeling as stressed as she usually is. She also LOVES the smell...as do I! She's feeling more confident, and my husband says that she's even talking better and sounds more lucid, which is very unusual for her. I highly recommend this blend for those who have suffered great traumas in their lives, or suffer from brain injuries through diseases like epilepsy!

Absolutely LOVE this blend. I decided to purchase this after a yoga class, in which the instructor used this oil in class and I absolutely fell in love with it. I came home and ordered it that very night and I have been using it at bedtime to destress every night since then. It smells very fresh, but woody and earthy at the same time and just sweet enough. Has spruce, ho wood, frankincense, blue chamomile and blue tansy essential oils. Super comforting and relaxing and helps put me right to sleep at night and promotes tranquility and complete relaxation to help sleep more deeply. I have noticed less frequent sleep interruptions and as a result, I wake up feeling well rested and ready to take on the day. My favorite way to use it is to put a dab behind my ears and on my wrists before bed but have also used it on the bottom on my feet to help soothe anxiety or restlessness. Definitely have thoroughly enjoyed this blend of essential oils thus far and will definitely order more doTERRA blends in the future. Super happy with my purchase.

This is my 2nd -(even though the 1st bottle I've only used about half - but don't want to run out....) I put this on my back -spine area and the soles of my feet - as it is known to help re-align your spine. I really need to go to my chiropractor and realign it officially that way - then this will help my spine stay in-line - but my lower back hasn't been so bad since I began using this. Is it too soon to tell - who knows - but I plan to keep using it because I enjoy waking up in the mornings & not being so stiff. (I did begin putting just a dab of MCT Coconut Oil in the palm of my hand first before adding a couple of drops of this Balance & it seems to go on even better & probably helps a little. - A dab = I remove the cap & put my palm tightly on the opened bottle top, I turned it over then sit it back on the counter & that's it - certainly not much of the MCT Coconut Oil) Will it work for you - it is definitely worth checking out.
