Awesome quality paste
This curry paste is delicious!! It has a little bit of spicy heat but I always add more! The quality is top notch it makes awesome Massaman curry!! I add chicken, carrots, onions, potatoes and raw peanuts and other spices. I love how it’s made in Thailand.

Delicious!
This makes the best massaman curry. It is concentrated with a good amount of heat, so follow the directions. You can adjust the amount based on your taste. The container was bigger than I expected and we have gotten lots of meals out of one order.

Rich, savory, warm spices with a subtle sweetness. A very authentic comforting curry.
Husband loved this! Said it was like the restaurants tasted authentic! Savory, rich with warm flavors and a subtle sweetness. Will use this again!

Very tasty, but missing a couple ingredients
Very tasty with restaurant style flavors. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because only after buying it did I realize you need to add your own tamarind, fish sauce, and sugar. The whole point of buying a paste is to avoid having to get all the specialty ingredients required to make it from scratch, so having to add tamarind and fish sauce makes the paste less convenient than I would like it to be. I just add some tamari and sugar, since I looked it up and supposedly tamari can be used as a substitute for fish sauce. The tamarind is just missing for me, so the flavor is always slightly off. That being said, this paste is great because it's vegan. It also comes in the resealable tub, making it easy to use over time and keep fresh. I was able to make several pots of curry and curry soup with one tub. I'll be buying over and over to keep this a staple in my home!

Important addition to home spices
I have looked for Massaman curry paste in local stores and wasn’t able to find it. This is an excellent product and has a prominent place in my fridge whenever I’m craving to add a little curry flavor to my Asian dishes.
