This speaker is not powered. It plugs directly into the receiver. I use it with an Icom 5100 ham radio. Work great.

How long is the cord?

Long enough for me to mount the speaker on the speaker bar above my shoulder and run the cable to my radio mounted under the passenger seat.

What is the size (including the depth)?

Mounted in the bracket it measures 5 inches long including the knobs. 2 inches deep, 3 inches high

Will this work with a cb?

It's just a passive speaker with a mono minijack connector. It will "work" with anything that ouputs a signal via a mono minjack port and doesn't require amplification. Specific for a CB, you'd need to confirm the audio output by looking at your device and manual for said device.
