I can’t even begin to describe how much these have saved me. I have chronic sinus issues and every landing was so painful I would cry and felt like my head would explode. I bought these out of desperation but oh my gosh these completely eliminate the pressure pain!! I never travel without them, would probably not board the plane without them. They can be reused a few times, but for sure effective the first time and less so the next few times. Fits me really well (female adult), and very comfy and easy to wear.Make sure to place them about 40 minutes before estimated landing and don’t remove until maybe 20-30 minutes after landing. You won’t feel any pain and won’t have full/plugged ears after landing this way.

I have chronic eustachian tube dysfunction and I flew with NO problems. I cannot guarantee that these are singlehandedly the reason but I walked off the plane with zero problems. I quite literally got the eustachian tube dysfunction from barotraumic injury from flying 3 years ago.The earplanes themselves did feel uncomfortable to wear. I wouldn't say painful, but they are hard and stretch open your ear canal. I personally had a shorter flight so I didn't take them out when we hit altitude. They definitely act as ear plugs and reduce the noise around you. I was able to sit and read, despite the row behind me being full of young children.I highly recommend them. I was very afraid of the ear fullness that I typically get from flying but I experienced none of it.

I always have ear pain on planes, especially during descent and landing as do my sons. I bought both adult and child's sets of this brand for our 7 hour flight. We put them in before takeoff and left them in throughout the flight as they are that comfortable. None of us experienced the terrible ear pain and pressure that we experienced during other flights. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is that the earplugs fell out when we removed our over the ear headphones. Not a big deal as the earplugs are easy to put back in.

These ear plugs work great for me. I have intense pain in my ears when I fly, mainly when the pressure changes during landing. These plugs are comfortable and allow me to have little to no pain during landing. Wonderful! Highly recommended

Every time I fly I get sick after. No matter that I wear a mask and take vitamin c it never fails that I get sick. I got sick after a one hour flight from SF to LA. But these earplanes totally changed the game. No longer did I have that horrible ear pain while flying. Very minimal ear popping. I was honestly so shocked by how well they worked. I flew 6 times in 17 days, overseas and did not get sick once and did not have ear pain. I couldn’t believe it. Do follow the instructions, put them on like 20 minutes before takeoff and landing and leave them in for 20-30 minutes after and trust me you’ll have no problem. They were comfortable and you could still hear with them but had a bit of noise reduction. On one of my flights I just left them in and went to sleep. I will never fly without these.

My ears always have issues for a few days after being in a plane. Someone recommended these and I was a bit sceptical. Boy I was wrong. These work!!!!! After a long plane hoping vacation to South America my ears never once bothered me. I will always have them on me for plane rides.

They seemed to help relieve some pressure but I still had popping in my ears.
