I always have these when I fly. I get terrible pressure type pain upon decent and these help immensely! I have recommended them to several people.

They do work. I had no ear pain or sinus pain. I was desperate because I needed to fly and My head was so stuffy.

The product came in good condition. My ears always hurt upon landing. It feels like a knife in my ear. These help to reduce the pain. The package says there is an app that notifies you when to use them. I haven't tried that, but I recommend using them during take off and landing, even if you only have pain on landing because it helps reduce the pain. I've learned to put them on 30 minutes to an hour for take off. After that I will take them off. And then an hour before landing (I take extra precaution because this is when I feel the knife-pain), I put them back in my ears. For added pain reduction, I also take a decongestant an hour before landing as well. When I do this, I barely feel any pain until I remove the earplanes and really only on one side where my ear drum had previously burst because of flights. ALSO, I do not remove the ear them from my ears until it's clear the cabin doors are open. However, even with all of this, I tend to be deaf, especially on more my sensitive ear for some time. Between use, I clean them with a wet wipe and I dispose of them once I use them twice. Also, I can still hear what is going on around. It's just softer and muffled.

I’ve used the original Adult EarPlanes on several flights now, and they’ve definitely made a noticeable difference in managing ear pressure during takeoff and landing. The pressure-regulating filter works well, especially on descent, and I no longer get that sharp ear pain I used to experience. They’re comfortable enough to wear for the duration of a flight and easy to insert once you get the hang of it. I also appreciate that they’re reusable, which makes them a better value over time. The only downside is that they can feel a bit snug after a long flight, and they slightly muffle sound, so conversations and announcements aren’t as clear. Still, the relief they provide outweighs these minor issues. Overall, a solid and reliable product for frequent flyers or anyone sensitive to cabin pressure.

Every time I fly I get sick after. No matter that I wear a mask and take vitamin c it never fails that I get sick. I got sick after a one hour flight from SF to LA. But these earplanes totally changed the game. No longer did I have that horrible ear pain while flying. Very minimal ear popping. I was honestly so shocked by how well they worked. I flew 6 times in 17 days, overseas and did not get sick once and did not have ear pain. I couldn’t believe it. Do follow the instructions, put them on like 20 minutes before takeoff and landing and leave them in for 20-30 minutes after and trust me you’ll have no problem. They were comfortable and you could still hear with them but had a bit of noise reduction. On one of my flights I just left them in and went to sleep. I will never fly without these.

I cannot recommend these enough. I have EXCRUCIATING pain in my ears when I fly without these. I have always had issues with my ears... tubes as a kid, even ear infections as an adult. So any time I fly, which seems more and more for work, I HAVE to have these or I will be in tears. It helps equalize the pressure and I can feel it working. Naturally your body will equalize and your ears will pop and you can help that along by chewing or eating food, even the ‘ol blow your nose trick. But none of that works for me and it seems the air gets trapped in my ears and I have horrific pain, specially if I’m congested. The first time I tried this I cried ... but with happy tears! It’s the first time I’ve flown where I didn’t get off the plane half deaf and popping Advil to help the pain. The con is you really only can use them twice (round trip). I figured I’d try them for a third time to see if the package was fibbing but nope... I instantly regretted that and was miserable. It can be expensive if you fly a lot but worth the money so I don’t mind. They say you can take these out mid flight but I wear them the whole time since it helps drown out other people talking and the engine noise, but they are also super comfortable for my small ears and I don’t notice them being in. If you suffer from pain like me at least give it a try... it changed my flying experience forever, it might change yours too!

Worked well, and as described! Easy to use. The app showed the air pressure in real time, which was interesting.

My ears hurt really badly on descent and take a while to pop. I wore them for the last hour of the flight like instructed and it did help take away the pain at least. But my ears took quite a while to pop afterwards. So they didn't work as well as I hoped

Warplanes worked very well, I was worried about having painful ears, as I recently had a cold and was worried about flying, but it all worked out, they helped immensely, I had no ear pain whatsoever!

I have always suffered from extremely severe ear pain during flight ascent and descent — especially during descent. The pain was so intense that it honestly felt like my eardrums would burst. After every flight, it would take me almost 48 hours for my ears to feel normal again. Because of this, I developed a real fear of flying. My older daughter experienced the same thing during a school trip and was in tears from the pain. She actually said she never wanted to fly again.
