True to size. The white tags have a semi glossy side and are a different texture than the black and brown. Ink bleeds a little on the tags so make sure you use quality pens/markers.

Incomplete order received
My order came without the 33ft jute twine.Am not returning labels because I am worried that when new order is received there might be another problem.The labels are nice quality and need to be used soon. Is it possible to have the twine sent without returning the labels?
