A little tight to get on but I like that. The originals became loose and came off frequently. I like these better.

I got the Koss PortaPro headphones when they were new, I think it was 1998. They're a really nice set of phones, BTW. Not studio monitors, but I worked in a boring lab job, and needed quality sound. Those delivered. That is, until, about 8 or 9 years later when the foam started disintegrating. I saw rotten black poly in my kid's ears when he borrowed them. These pads fit perfectly. They have been in place for almost 4 years now, and they have not disintegrated. I'm speaking directly to performance and longevity, now: A single set of these pads has been in place for almost 4 years, and has not started to break down. Granted, I use these in climate-controlled conditions only... but they're lasting so long, I don't even know where the package is. And the sound quality has not deteriorated in the least since this replacement. If anything, they restored the balance that was lost when the old pads degraded. I have and will continue to recommend these to friends. _____________ Update 2018: I just bought a new pack of these. I only used 4 of the first 6. My kid tore one, I lost another. The 4 that I used lasted almost 9 years. The second pair disintegrated almost completely after about 4.5 years of storage and 4 years of use. I consider that to be outstanding construction. However, I can also say that I would prefer a slightly lower-priced 4 pack of these, because I think that 9 years from now, I'm gonna have two pads left that I can't find, or are stiff from age without eve being used. Plus my kids grew up over the intervening time.

Initially I was planning to order some generic replacement cushions from here on Amazon partly because I did not know what size my headphones needed. The others were larger and would probably have require less stretching to get them on the headphones. I went with these as they are the replacements that KOSS says fits my model of headphones. They DO fit but I had to really take my time putting them on as they needed to stretch quite a bit before they were on properly. The generic set cushions I was considering are 64MM and these are 48mm on the outside diameter. As with most replacement ear cushions (even if they are from the same brand as the headphones themselves) they are thinner than the original ear cushions. However, they do what they are made to do which is to be more comfortable than having the headphones on your ears without padding. I give these 4 rather than 5 stars because they could be a little bigger so you don;t have to stretch them out quite so much to get them on.

I got these for the Koss KTXPro1 headphones, where the old pads were disintegrating. I thought it was going to be as easy as removing what was left of the old pads and slipping the new ones on. Not so much. First I tried to remove the old pieces with a toothpick and tweezers. After 10 minutes and not being able to fish out all the pieces from between the plastic, I searched the internet for tips. One said to gently pry the speakers out of the headset with a screwdriver. What they failed to mention was that there was a dab of rubberized glue holding them in. But with great care, I was able to pop them out without damaging the headset (but it was touch & go for awhile). After removing the speakers the replacement was easy. Then they snapped back in and seem to be holding securely (even without re-gluing). The final product looks like brand new headphones. I'll knock off one star for it being so difficult, but I would buy them again (especially since I know the trick now). Note: I just found another review that suggested tucking the pads in with a toothpick or butter knife (instead of removing the speakers). I might try that next time. UPDATE: I just replaced the pads on my Koss KSC75 headphones. MUCH easier - popped the old ones off and the new ones on. I gave the third pair to a friend who used them on a different brand and she had no problem either. Just the KTXPro1 was difficult. Raising my rating to 5 stars.

We have ordered these previously and they are an exact replacement for our Koss Porta Pro headphones. Considering the free shipping, the price was very reasonable and delivery was overnight. How can one be anything but pleased?

Took a while to get the Koss KTXPRO1 Titanium headphones apart to change the foam. It felt like I was going to break something for sure. Hint-move speaker from head band pry up around the edge, once you pry a little bit, gently twist back and forth a little bit and it will pop out.

I love the Koss headphones these are designed to fit. You WILL need these, because they degrade over months, with almost certain "fall apart" failure within a year. The headphones while very high quality sound have the same problem. Something usually breaks after a year's use. Fortunately both these pads and the headphones are relatively cheap to replace; I've used them for years despite the breakdown failures, because the sound is just excellent for the price.

J'étais fort chagrin d'avoir déchiré celles de mon casque Koss Porta-Pro auquel je suis très attaché pour son côté pratique (et qui est tout de même garanti à vie) et voici que j'ai trouvé, grâce aux autres commentaires des clients d'Amazon le produit miracle qui a remis à neuf en un tour de main (même pour quelqu'un de peu habile) mon casque préféré ! Que dire ! Sinon un grand bravo ! Voici mon joli petit casque reparti pour des heures de musique ! J'ai bien l'impression qu'en règle générale les mousses des casques vieillissent fort mal (même sur des casques très onéreux). Voilà qui mérite une grande réflexion avant l'achat de ces produits. Comme d'autres clients, je regrette aussi de ne pouvoir changer les mousses temporales du casque. C'est dommage car ce produit dure plusieurs années et délivre un son tout à fait convenable.

やっぱり公式を買うのが1番ですね！カラフルなのを買ったことあるけど穴がデカくて外れやすかったりサクサクした素材で一年弱で経年劣化でポロポロ崩壊してきてびっくりしました。 でも公式で色んな色出してないですよね？ 見つけられなくて。。 自分は黒でいいんだけど需要ありそう。

Je les adore! Finalement j’ai les coussinets originaux de Koss pour mes Portapro favoris! C’est tellement plus confortable que les foams cheap que j’ai eu avant! Et ça n’altère pas le son. Et il y a 3 paires alors c’est le top! Bon prix. Update: J’ai oublié de spécifier que les coussinets sont vraiment beaux et tiennent en place sans bouger. Ils sont minces et compacts. J’adore 😍
