Great product . Steady supply 13.8/13.7volts to my ft710/ftm300 Yaesu radios

Very pleased with this power supply. Purchase this to use with my new Yaesu FT 991A. Solid, steady power without any problems and zero noise on the radio. I love the set 13.8 volt setting which protects my radio. If the variable knob should accidentally be moved, the voltage will remain a constant 13.8. On the other hand if I am doing benchwork on a different project I have the flexibility of variable voltage, should I need it. The noise offset adjustment on the front. It is a nice feature to have although this has been so clean, I have not needed to use it. The digital voltage and ampridge display on the front always. Lets me know the current status of the power supply. The cooling fan on the back is whisper quiet. The push wire connector and the cigarette plug adapter on the front of the unit.It is limited to 3 amps, and the rear power connectors are capable of handling a full 30 amps of needed. I just started working with this, but so far I have nothing but good things to report.

I've been using this 24/7 for several months to power my HAM and CB radios. It has never faltered or lost it's set voltage of 13.8 even when drawing 10+ amps. Feels solid, looks good, heavy. I have this setting next to my radios and it has never induced noise that I can detect or a listener can detect. Great power supply. I will probably buy another one when I expand. I like that the voltage is adjustable or your can use the default set adjustment of 13.8. The digital display is easy to read and displays amps as well as voltage. Love this thing.

Need to upgrade to a stronger power supply for my 50W radio. It does it job well and was a breeze to use. Great price but we all wish it can be cheaper. LOL. But overall great product ran it overnight running some APRS Digi/iGate stuff no problem.

Power supply works very well, the manufacturer just needs better quality control. When I first received the power supply, I heard something rattling around inside of it. I opened it up and found a large piece of solder that was free and rattling around, this could have caused a short if I didn’t check to see what was causing it and just blindly plugged it in. The manufacturer need to check these better before shipping them out.

The TP30SWV was easy to set up and start using. It generates very little heat and is simple to use. I really like the switch on the back for 13.8v. This is how I would primarily be using it. There is also the option to have an adjustable power choice. It appears very easy to use and simply to adjust. It is silent in running other than the fan when it turns on which isn't often. It appears to be made with good quality, and is definitely a great value for the money. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this to power a sub/amp setup that I had taken out of my old car when I got rid of it. I was unsure if it would have enough juice. Two 300 watt rms alpine R-12s paired to a 600 watt rms alpine amp. Everywhere you read, people will tell you that the math does not work since this thing is only rated at 30 amps but I'm happy to say that it works like a charm. The subs slam hard enough to vibrate all of my doors in the basement and pictures on the wall in the rest of the house. And going by the digital readout on the front, the power normally stays in the 5-10 amp output range during bass heavy movie scenes and lower when listening to music at normal levels. So it clearly has the headroom to power an even more powerful setup if that's what you have. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to do a reliable, clean and SAFE conversion.

I was searching for a first power supply for my UHF/VHF mobile, this has the cigarette lighter port that allowed me to get the radio powered and on the air. The panel displaying the voltage (I used the selector for 13.8V fixed) and the amps simultaneously lets me see what my radio is drawing on each band and power setting. The binding posts on the back will be utilized with a ring to powerpole cable and dc distribution panel and new cable to radio setup. This will allow the power supply to supply all my device connections for current and future use. The cigarette lighter port will get a USB charger adapter to connect my 12dc laptop and charge my HT radios. Overall a great first power supply to get you going.

No complaints. Stable and noise adjustment depends on many factors, don't expect miracles. It can move some noise off frequency.
