It's grand enough
It's decent enough but invariably requires mountains of post-production to capture your room voice.

overrated mic
Maybe it just did not work for me as Apogee are normally good this to me is more like a £100 mike I guess I prefer to have a preamp and xlr mike, some people like this mike, I think it is more for convenience as it is plug and play On this occasion it did not work for me

Fantastic mic
Worth every penny - I'm not aware of any USB mic of comparable quality and features in this price range. Also, support is great - the first one I received was defective, which was quickly confirmed by Apogee support based on a recording sample I provided, and they offered me to help in case Amazon had any issue with replacing it (which they didn't). I would buy it again in a heartbeat - very happy with it.

Defective Piece Sold - Make Sure all Your Wires Work on Day One
One of the wires that connects the mic to the Iphone hasn’t been working and we are unable to get through to the seller and have passed the return window as we opened the box after a couple of weeks. Make sure you test all wires and connectivity immediately on receiving the product or it will be a complete write off of your money like mine. Best to buy these from a known seller rather than an unknown online seller. It is too expensive an item to risk getting a defective piece.
