Good value for quality.
These were excellent to use for our weekly family karaoke night. The battery life of the mics were excellent, but the batteries in the receiver wasn't as long. Minimal hissing or cut outs. Sound quality was excellent.

Impressive for the price
I really didn't know what to expect out of a $50 pair of mics, but I needed something better than I had in a short timeframe. I'm happy to say it delivered very well. It's not perfect, but it is absolutely managable for my situation. If left unadjusted, there is A LOT of background interference in this mic. the use of a good sound suppression algorithm (or even a basic one) will resolve MOST of it. If you need to use it for a live performance, make sure you've got a good audio system in place to filter out the interference noise. It's not suited to be directly connected to a speaker without any sort of filtering. I used it for a Facebook Live broadcast using my gaming PC. StreamLabs OBS set with the Sound Suppression filter did a very respectable job. I could do better if I spent more money on a mic. But for a pair, which was excellent for the use case, like I said was impressive. The build quality is actually very impressive. All-metal body, steel mesh head and foam filters inside. One mic lasted EASILY 4 hours and likely would have gone on much longer, as the battery bar didn't drop during usage. (it's a 3 stage indicator). The one and only complaint is that it doesn't have a large-capacity Li-Ion battery and relies on regular AA-Cell batteries. Though, for many, this is probably preferable - One could always use a rechargeable AA battery in place of alkaline.

WORKS GREAT
Purchased these microphones to replace another brand corded microphone. These work really wonderfully. They are super easy to set up and the sound is very clear and gives us more volume output. I had to contact customer service to ask a question and they wete fabulous. Very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend. Nobody complains about not being able to hear us anymore.

Not For Computer Use Must have Amplifier or Won't it Work
Found this while searching for mics for computers that were hand held, don't be fooled. These do not work with a computer and you must have an amplifier and stereo speaker to use these or it is useless. There is no reviews that mention this either because I did check before I purchased it. Now I have to purchase more things in order to use these or I won't be able to use them.

Fantastic Mics, problematic receivers
I have bought two sets of these now. The first one worked fine for a couple of months, and then there started to be an atrocious amount of humming thru my amplifier. When I used my wired Sennheiser microphone, the humming was not there. When I tried each of these mics separately, that did not reduce the humming, so it's obvious, the problem was not in the microphones, but rather the receiver part of this set. The sound on these microphones is absolutely fantastic. It's got the audio referencing companding, which helps get rid of breath noise and other artifacts that you find sometimes when you use wireless mics. I couldn't be happier with the sound the mics produce. It is absolutely crisp and clean and beautiful until the humming starts. And it takes a while for that hum to start, because it must be the receiver taking a little while to get warm. I don't know for sure. But when it does appear, it doesn't go away. The first time it happened, I thought it was not under warranty and I did not file a claim. But I liked the mic sounds so much, I bought another set, assuming I probably just got a defective receiver the first time, and I thought that way I'd have two extra mics that did work along with the two new ones. You have to admit the price is good for two mics with all the adjustments and the fantastic sound. But the second Mic set did the same thing as the first after just a couple of months, and I started getting the same buzzing. I could move the microphone close to the receiver that's plugged into my amplifier and the noise would disappear, but as I moved the microphone further away, the hum would come back and it's very loud. I did respond to the company, and after sending them a video of what was going on, they did replace my receiver. I personally would not recommend these wireless microphones, just because of the fact they seem to have malfunctioned twice on me. If you could find another brand of affordable receiver that would work with these microphones, I think they'd be great mm I don't think you could find better microphones anywhere when you listen to the sound. But without a receiver that works, they're not usable. So how long this new receiver will work, I do not know. I can't think of any other reason, other than the receiver being the problem. I have tried changing all the channels on the mics to see if that makes a difference, and it doesn't. I've tried all four mics that I have from both purchases, and the hum is always there. I'm out in the country and the only electronics I normally have is my TV and my phone, I don't think there's many things to interfere. So I guess my rating for these mics would be as follows. For the mics themselves, I would give as high as I could possibly give as a rating. But for the receivers, I wouldn't even give it a one. I'm hoping I'm not saying this unfairly, and something else not related to the receiver is causing the hum, But I truly can't think of anything else that it could be. With a plug in mic, there's absolutely no hum at all. At least that's my experience, for whatever it's worth to you.
