Will this fit a 2004 crew cab Silverado?

It should. Fits my 2002 2500hd crew cab.

Will it fit a 2019 chevy silverado 1500 crew cab?

Yes! It fits well, however some trim levels have a built-in storage "barrier" which may need to be removed for the bag to fully fit under the seat.

Will this fit a 2011 2500hd?

Unfortunately almost all Ford HD trucks of that year have a built-in box below the rear seats that takes up the available room.

Will this fit a 2003 chevy avalanche?

It should. Dim's are 36" long x13" wide/deep x 6" tall. As long as it is fairly flat. It only takes up about 2/3 of the under side of the seat space.
