What kind of knot is used to tie the clip that attaches to the kite

Mine arrived with a Water Knot at the end of the line to make a 2 inch loop. The loop is attached to the swivel by a Loop Hitch (also called Eye Hitch), by interlocking the line loop created by the Water Knot and swivel eye. There are several other knots that would work equally well, but the Loop Hitch allows for easy changing of the swivel without untying the Water Knot.

Can someone please tell me the specs on the ball bearings? Mine are dried out from sea air and I want to get replacements. Thanks

Might be easier and less costly to just order a few new ones and kite fly on and on!

Can you fish with this?

I'm not a fisherman, and this kite string reel winder is clearly not designed for anything but kite-flying (and it is excellent for that purpose), but I suppose an inventive person could use it for fishing. But why, when a fishing reel is specifically designed for your purpose?
