Halloween Costume Material & quality. Too expensive for quality recieved

These are okay. They're nothing special but they should have been. The material is thinner and not great quality but for $20-$25 this would be a good buy. I think I paid $30? but returned them because they aren't as nice quality as I expected. Though I purchased the brown the color wand it looked like the color of the photo. They have a cool pattern and the underlay is very sheer. All together the top layer was sheer too. Light does come in, which isn't bad. but its good to know jic that isn't what your looking for. I was nice that it was two layered but these are more like Halloween costume material than something I'm comfortable with hanging in my living room. I did really like the pattern though. But these were not great.
