Perfect for taller individuals
Purchased for our son who recently had patellar tendon surgery and is 6'4" tall; thankfully we found this stretch strap and the shorter bands would not have worked as well for his height. This is "static" stretch , meaning NO elasticity, which is what he uses at PT. Highly recommend this brand.
