Slim profile made it perfect for recessed wall
Product is great and does what is needed, purchased as it was the thinnest profile with flexibility. Seller was super useful, I needed replacement fixings and they sent it out without any issue and provided useful guidance.Highly recommend

Good quality but slight flaw
I don’t often write reviews but thought it best on this occasion. Overall this is a great product. Very sturdy, excellent build quality and simple to install. However there is some slight misleading print on the box. It states that the tilt is -15 ° to +15 ° which simply doesn’t and really a feature it needs to offset any unevenness in the wall it’s being fixed to, in our case it’s made our tv lean forwards slightly which we’re looking at how we can resolve by packing the lower bracket out. So just bare that in mind when purchasing that you can’t offset -15 ° only forwards. I hope this helps. If this doesn’t matter to you, I highly recommend this product.

Good mount but without correct fixings for Samsung TV
A good mount, but with incorrect fixings for the Samsung LED TVs it is supposed to be compatible with. So these then have to be sourced separately.

Good and sturdy. Samsung owner will need M8 x 25mm bolts
The only reason this product doesn't get 5 stars is, the M8 (16mm) bolts provided aren't long enough to make it in to the back of my Samsung TV.I've read this in many reviews regarding . Samsung TV owners will need to go out and buy M8 x 20mm or M8 x 25mm bolts before attempting an install.

Could and should have been 5 Stars
Very easy to assemble and instructions clear. Frustration was with "lagging" as the cantilever arm is possibly not strong enough despite holding a LED weighing 22kg. Overall this is a good cantilever but make sure that your not expecting perfection as unfortunately my LED was going into a recess area of a wall and you the lagging caused the LED not to sit flush. Seller however was excellent and I can't praise The Plasma Centre enough for their customer service. I was offered a refund once I sent through pictures of the issue. I now will purchase the Vogels Thin 345 as I believe the cantilever arm will not show any lagging.
