CND Vinylux Longwear Shine Top Coat Nail Polish, 0.5 fl oz

This is absolutely the best top coat nail polish I've ever used, and I've tried a lot of them! It leaves behind a beautiful, glossy shine, dries pretty quickly, and (here's the five-star feature) it lasts incredibly long! A week after applying base coat, polish and two coats of CND Top Coat, my nails still look great!

I have been painting my nails since I was in high school in the 70s. Yes, I'm old but, I'm also an OG of home manicures. This CND Vinylux is a miracle in a bottle. Sometimes how they name things can be decieving but not in this case it is like vinyl and it is lux in how it shines. The shine is gorgeous. Not only does it shine, but CND Vinylux finishes your mani pedi with a quick drying durable shine that lasts 7 days easily. Since using CND vinylux my mani pedi's take less times because I can trust this topcoat to dry in five minutes and stay perfect. No tackyness, no problems at all for a minimum of seven days. I have tried countless products that promise a durable shine but, they never last long. I am on my third bottle of CND Vinylux and I encourage every home manucurist to try this product for yourself.

This is the very best top coat I have ever used on my nails. It is so shiny and does not chip or fly cop easily. This is the only topcoat I will use from now on.

I used this with the Rubble polish and I have had it on for 10 days and it is still looking ok. This is my first time trying the Vinylux polishes. It isn't as shiny and awesome as the first day but it doesn't look as horrible as regular polish does by day 10 (if you still have any on by day 10). It dries very quickly and is very shiny the first 4-5 days and not bad day 6-8. I don't know what would happen if I just applied another coat of clear polish around day 5. Maybe I will try that next time. I really like it because I can wear a color for a week but I don't have to wear it for two weeks to justify the cost. It goes on like regular polish so you don't have to go to a salon and pay $30-40 to have it done. Once it's dried it does feel thicker than regular polish but not in a bad way. It feels like it helps to make my nails stronger. I use my hands a lot at work and I wear gloves 20-30% of the time, I do a lot of typing, I wash dishes 3-4 times a week so if it was going to chip there were plenty of opportunities. I hate having to walk around thinking "I can't do that because I don't want to mess up my nails". Now there was some wearing at the nail tip and one or two chips at the corner tip of the nail but even gel nails wear at the tips if you use your nails/hands a lot. But given how long it has been I am very pleased. I would have taken the polish off after a week if I wasn't so lazy this week. I will definitely check the Vinylux inventory before I make my next nail color purchase to see if the color I want is offered before I buy it in regular polish.

This Top Coat WORKS! Dries fast and shines like it was for UV machine and I getting a full week and half of wear. It’s a keeper!

I bought this because I wanted something to last a week without coming off that I do t have to use a light with or soak off. After reading some reviews, it seemed like this might do the trick, but as you Photo it is starting to chip and this is after four days. I put two coats of color on with a topcoat as instructed. It’s hard to see from the photos, but each color could’ve used at least one more coat and the topcoat would’ve been better with two coats. so in total, we’re talking at least five coats to look perfect and with only three coats it looks thin and doesn’t last more than 3 1/2 to 4 days before it starts chipping in wearing. So I wouldn’t say it’s extraordinary. It does dry very fast so I do like that about it but that’s about the only thing that makes it stand out from regular polish. I will use CND shellac but alternate with this so I can cut down my exposure to harmful UV light.

Finish: When first applied, the CND Top Coat does provide a beautiful, glossy finish. However, this is short-lived due to the adhesion problem. The initial shine and smoothness are undermined by the quick deterioration. Application: Application-wise, the product goes on smoothly and dries relatively quickly. The brush is of good quality, allowing for even coverage. However, these positives are rendered moot by the product’s inability to stay on the nails. Conclusion: Overall, while the CND Top Coat has the potential to deliver a professional-looking finish, its major flaw in not adhering properly to the nails makes it a poor choice for anyone looking to extend the life of their manicure. There are many other top coats on the market that offer better durability and reliability. Sadly, I cannot recommend the CND Top Coat based on my experience.

This stuff is amazing. I’ve been using the same bottle for the last 2 years and I still love it. It is just now starting to get a tiny bit thick, but it still works well, especially when I warm it up against my skin. It dries quickly, and super smooth and shiny, looks like a gel top coat. I’ve also used it with lots of different brands and haven’t noticed any color transferring or smudging. Manis last a long time too.

This is a great quality product which really makes you nail varnish last and look shinier. It does takes a bit longer to dry as it is slightly thicker to imitate gel nail polish, but otherwise fully satisfied!

Je n’ai jamais vu un top coat de cette qualité ! Couvre les ongles d’une couche épaisse qui ressemble à du vernis semi permanent !! Résistance à toute épreuve. Séchage très rapide. Lorsque j’en mets, ma manucure tient plus de 7 jours sans aucun problème. Je le recommande vivement !
